Current consumption figures presented in this document should be measured with the vehicle operating voltage of 14.4V as measured at the battery terminals whilst the engine is running. TRANSIT LINK HARNESS – CCU must power up normally when the normal battery signal is removed and only and Ignition feed is provided. NOTE 1 : The information presented in this document provides all pinout options. These features are not necessarily provided for all market variations. NOTE 2 : Where possible unique connectors have been chosen to eliminate the possibility of the incorrect cable being used. Where this has not been possible it is required that the wiring loom is manufactured in such a way that it is very difficult to insert a plug in the wrong socket. NOTE 3 : The AMP 070 series of connectors have current limitations per pin according to the information provided below (supplied by the manufacturer). Multiple contacts have been provided where high current circuits connect to the ECU. It is the responsibility of the vehicle manufacturer to ensure that the multiple contacts are used appropriately so that individual contacts are not overstressed.
