一、目的 Purpose
本程序叙述XXXX项目安装工程中阀门现场试压及管理的方法。
This plan defines the method and management of the valves pressure test on site for XXXX project.
二、范围 Work of scope
本程序适用于XXXX项目安装工程所有的管道阀门。
This plan is applicable to the pressure test work of all piping valves within the scope of installation project of XXXX

五、阀门入库的检查Inspection of valves upon entry into warehouse
5.1 外观和清洁度的检查要求如下:
Visual inspection and cleanliness check should contain the following items:
—标识齐全;Complete with identification tags
—涂层及防腐覆盖层无损坏;No damage on coating as well as insulation
—阀腔流道进出口侧堵塞完好,内腔无锈迹;Sound blocking on the inlet & outlet side of the flow path in the path cavity.
—干燥剂不失效;Valid desiccant
—无机械损坏。No mechanical damage
5.2 阀门的产品质量证明文件应有如下内容 Quality certificate should include the following items
—制造厂名称及出厂日期 Manufacturer’s name as well as date of delivery
—产品名称、型号及规格;Product’s name, model as well as specification
—公称压力、公称通径、适用介质及适用温度 Nominal pressure, nominal diameter, applicable media as well as applicable temperature.
—依据的标准检验结论及检验日期 Inspection conclusion & date as well as inspection standard referenced.
—出厂编号 Ex works No.
—检验人员及负责检验人员签章 signatures or chops of the checkers as well as check-in-chiefs.
六、试压平台制作 Fabrication of pressure test platform
6.1 试压平台主要采用HW150*150*7*10及HW200*200*8*12 型钢制作,焊接连接,必要时可焊接加强斜撑. The Pressure test platform is mainly made of shaped steel (HW150*150*7*10及HW200*200*8*12) and connected by welding. Reinforcing bracing is optional if necessary.
6.2 制作平台尺寸如下图所示。 Dimensions of the platform is shown in the below sketch.

七、阀门试压 Valves pressure test
7.1 阀门入库前必须将阀门质量证明文件报验,合格后 ,才能入库登记。
阀门试压前,应出阀门试压检查通知单通知监理人员到场见证。
Valves’ certificates must be reviewed and approved before being registered into warehouse.
Prior to the pressure test, representatives from supervisor should be informed to come to witness by giving valves pressure test notice.
7.2阀门的强度和密封性试验应用洁净水进行。对于奥氏体不锈钢阀门试压,水中氯离子含量不得超过50PPM(试压用水试压前必须检测,并具有合格报告,才能使用)。
The strength and tightness test should be performed with clean water. For pressure test for valves made of Austenitic stainless steel, the concentration of chlorine ion in the water must not be higher than 50PPM (Check the water before the pressure test and use the water only when eligibility report is available)
7.3阀门试验用的压力表需经计量检测合格,并在有效期内,其精度不低1.5级, 压力表使用时不得小于2块,表满刻度值应为最大被测压力的1.5-2倍。
Prior to use, the pressure gauges must be measured and checked as acceptable, within the period of validity, and the precision level not under 1.5. In the test, no less than 2 pressure gauges must be used and the full range of measurement scale should be 1.5-2 times of the maximum pressure tested.
7.4阀门壳体强度试验压力根据到货阀门的标牌参数确定(如到货阀门标牌无试验参数,应确定为公称压力的1.5倍),且试验时间不小于5 分钟,以壳体、填料无渗漏为合格。
The pressure value of the shell strength test should be determined as per the labeled parameters of the valves arrived ( if no such parameters are available, 1.5 times of the nominal pressure should be applied), and the testing duration should not be less than 5 minutes, and deemed as qualified if no leakage of packing or from shells happened.
7.5 闸阀,截止阀强度试压合格后,需做上密封试验,
After the Gate valves, check valves have been tested as acceptable, then perform the upper sealing test.
--上密封性试验压力根据到货阀门的标牌参数确定(如到货阀门标牌上无试验参数,应以公称压力的1.1倍进行)
The testing pressure value of upper sealing should be determined as per the labeled parameters (if no such parameters are available, 1.1 times of the nominal pressure should be applied).
--上密封试验的步骤为:封闭阀门进出口,松开填料压盖,将阀门打开并使上密封关闭,向腔内充满水,逐渐加压到试验压力,达到保压规定的时间后,无渗漏为合格。
The steps of the upper sealing test should be: seal the inlet & outlet, loosen the packing cap, fill the cavity with water, gradually increase the testing pressure until the specified pressure maintaining duration is achieved and accept as qualified if no leaking occurs.
7.6密封性试验也应根据到货阀门的标牌参数确定(如到货阀门标牌上无试验参数,应以公称压力进行试验) 引入介质及施加压力的方向应符合下列规定
The tightness test should also use the specified tagged parameters ((if no such parameters are available, f the nominal pressure should be applied). The media introduced and the direction of pressure applied should follow the below regulations:
--规定了介质流向的阀门,如截止阀等应按介质流通方向进水试压。
Valves with designated media flow direction. For example, hydro pressure test should be applied to check valves etc. as per the media flow direction respectively.
--没有规定了介质流向的阀门,如闸阀、球阀、旋塞阀,蝶阀等应分别从两端引入介质、进水试压。
For pressure test of valves without specified media flow direction, for example, gate valves, ball valve, plug valve, butterfly valve etc. media or water should introduced from both ends of the valve.
--止回阀应沿阀门关闭的方向进水试压。
Check valve should be pressure tested with water flowing along its closing direction.
--密封性试验以阀芯或阀瓣密封面不漏为合格。
Tightness test that witness no leakage from valve trim or the sealing face of the valve disc should be deemed as accepted.

7.8 对试验不合格的阀门,需更换。
Replace those valves which failed the test.
7.9试验合格的阀门应及时排尽内部积水,吹干后封闭阀门出入口,试验合格的阀门应有明显标记,不得与其它阀门相混。
Water trapped in the valves accepted should be drained immediately. Seal the inlets & outlets of the valves after they have been dried off. Provide distinct markings on the accepted valves and separate them from other valves.
7.10 按交工要求填写相应阀门试验记录。
Perform the relevant valve test record as per handover requirements.
7.11 安全阀应在有资质的部门进行调试,合格后,现场直接进行安装。
Safety valves should be tested and approved by authorized unit and installed on site without further test procedures.

九、施工安全 Safety of construction activities
9.1 进入现场的施工人员必须佩戴安全帽、防护眼镜、穿安全鞋
Constructors who come to site must ware hardhats, protection goggles and safety shoes.
9.2 认真做好安全分析
Perform careful safety analysis.
9.3 做到工完料尽场地清
Utilize all the materials when the project is finished.
9.4 在试压施工区域周围应设立警戒线,无关人员禁止进入
Set up warning barricade around pressure test area and admit no authorized entry.
