My Bicycle
I have a bicycle that came to me as a birthday present from my mother five years ago. It cost about 780 yuan, which was half of my mother’s salary in a month. The bicycle, about 100 cm high, was made in Shanghai and its color is blue, my favorite. What’s important is that my bicycle played an important part in my school life and it showed the great love of my mother for me.
And I’ll work hard, hoping someday in the future I can have a car to drive my mother to wherever she want to go.

We held a class meeting in our own classroom on Monday, which focused on physical and mental health of middle school students with our head teacher and psychology teacher present. Engaged in studying and doing endless homework, we students had no time to take exercise, which affected our physical health. Worse still, when it came to marks, we had great difficulties in facing them for the reason of poor mental endurance. Based on our problems, the psychology teacher first suggested that we students should stick to taking exercise regularly every day, as our health is essential in doing everything well. He also suggested that we should learn to keep a healthy state of mind and try our best to make progress because we would regret nothing if efforts were made.
