1、微信服务协议书范本中文:微信服务协议书一、 甲方:(以下简称“用户”)地址:联系方式:乙方:腾讯科技(深圳)有限公司地址:深圳市南山区科技园腾讯大厦联系方式:4001-123-4567鉴于:1. 乙方是一家在中国境内合法设立并有效存续的公司,拥有“微信”软件及相关服务的所有权;2. 甲方是具备完全民事权利能力和完全民事行为能力的自然人/法人/其他组织,希望通过乙方提供的“微信”服务来实现特定目的;3. 双方本着互利共赢的原则,经友好协商,就乙方提供的“微信”服务达成如下协议。第一条 服务内容1.1 甲方使用“微信”服务应遵守中国有关法律法规,不得利用“微信”从事违法犯罪活动,不得以任何形式破坏
2、互联网的正常运行。1.2 乙方有权根据需要不时调整提供的服务内容,提高认为必要时对客户端软件的功能和界面进行调整。1.3 乙方有权依据法律规定、合同约定及实际情况中断或终止向甲方提供的服务。第二条 服务限制2.1 乙方保留随时变更、中止或终止“微信”服务的权利,而无需对用户负责。2.2 甲方同意不得利用“微信”服务从事违法或不符合社会公德的活动,包括但不限于: (1)发布或传送含有辱骂、恐吓、 诽谤、暴力或歧视内容的信息; (2)利用“微信”服务进行非法活动,包括但不限于危害国家安全、地方安全以及其他犯罪活动; (3)其他乙方认为不适当的行为。第三条 服务费用3.1 乙方保留根据自身经营需要,
3、在通知用户后收取一定的服务费用的权利。3.2 甲方同意自行承担因使用“微信”服务而产生的所有费用,包括但不限于与第三方交接的费用等。第四条 用户信息保护4.1 乙方将对甲方的个人信息进行严格保密,不得向第三方分享、泄露,除非事先得到用户的明确同意。4.2 甲方同意提供真实、准确的个人信息,对因提供虚假信息而导致的一切后果自行承担责任。4.3 甲方同意乙方可通过向用户提供服务等途径向用户发送告知、告示等信息。第五条 知识产权5.1 乙方在“微信”服务中提供的软件、音乐、图片、文字等知识产权归乙方所有。5.2 甲方在使用“微信”服务时不得对相关知识产权进行侵犯,包括但不限于将相关信息进行擅自复制、
4、传播等行为。第六条 协议的变更和终止6.1 乙方有权根据服务需要不时地修改本协议,并在“微信”平台上进行公示。6.2 甲方可通过通知乙方的方式终止使用“微信”服务。第七条 法律适用与争议解决7.1 本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。7.2 因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议,甲乙双方应友好协商解决;协商不成,任何一方均可向乙方所在地人民法院提起诉讼解决。以上为微信服务协议内容,甲乙双方应严格遵守。如有违反,应承担相应的法律责任。English:WeChat Service AgreementParty A: (hereinafter referred to as User)Address:Co

7、e following agreement on the WeChat service provided by Party B.Article 1 Service Content1.1 Party A shall use the WeChat service in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China, and shall not engage in illegal activities using WeChat or disrupt the normal operation of the Internet in
8、any form.1.2 Party B has the right to adjust the service content provided from time to time according to needs, and to adjust the functions and interface of the client software when it deems necessary.1.3 Party B has the right to interrupt or terminate the services provided to Party A in accordance
9、with legal provisions, contract agreements, and actual situations.Article 2 Service Restrictions2.1 Party B reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the WeChat service at any time without being responsible to the user.2.2 Party A agrees not to engage in illegal activities or activities th
10、at are contrary to social morality through the WeChat service, including but not limited to: (1) Publishing or transmitting information containing insulting, threatening, defamatory, violent, or discriminatory content; (2) Engaging in illegal activities using the WeChat service, including but not li
11、mited to endangering national security, local security, and other criminal activities; (3) Other behaviors that Party B deems inappropriate.Article 3 Service Fees3.1 Party B reserves the right to charge a certain service fee according to its own operational needs after notifying the user.3.2 Party A
12、 agrees to bear all expenses incurred by using the WeChat service, including but not limited to expenses related to third-party transactions.Article 4 Protection of User Information4.1 Party B shall strictly keep Party As personal information confidential and shall not share or disclose it to third
13、parties without the users explicit consent.4.2 Party A agrees to provide true and accurate personal information, and shall bear all consequences resulting from providing false information.4.3 Party A agrees that Party B may send notifications and messages to users through the provision of services.A
14、rticle 5 Intellectual Property Rights5.1 The intellectual property rights of the software, music, images, texts, etc. provided by Party B in the WeChat service shall belong to Party B.5.2 Party A shall not infringe on the relevant intellectual property rights when using the WeChat service, including
15、 but not limited to unauthorized copying and dissemination of relevant information.Article 6 Amendment and Termination of the Agreement6.1 Party B has the right to modify this agreement as needed and shall make it public on the WeChat platform.6.2 Party A may terminate the use of the WeChat service
16、by notifying Party B.Article 7 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution7.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the Peoples Republic of China.7.2 Any dispute caused by or related to this agreement shall be solved through friendly negotiation between Party A and Party B; if the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the peoples court where Party B is located to resolve the dispute.The above is the content of the WeChat service agreement, and both Party A and Party B shall strictly abide by it. If violated, legal responsibilities shall be borne accordingly.
