China’s real estate market
As we all known, the price of housing is getting higher and higher in china during these years. In most major Chinese cities, the price keeps rising in a rapid pace, especially in Beijing and Shanghai. The price of housing is far above the income level of many common families; so many people cannot afford a common house in our country.
What reasons have let to that mentioned above? First of all, the real estate market is showing serious signs of bubble. With a large growth in the number of buyer, property market becomes a seller’s market. More and more speculations and flippers swoop in real estate and force up the price. Secondly, because of the RMB appreciation and inflation, too much money flows into real estate market. Last but not least, the government doesn’t fulfill its duty; the real market is lack of supervision.
There are some ways to solve the problems. In my opinion, the most important is that the government should take some measures to curb the rise in house price, such as raising interest rate and countering speculative activities. Besides, the restriction policies, which is limiting the number of house purchasing is also effective to calm down the overheat property market.
