LS型高弹性联轴器是一种扭转弹性橡胶联轴器,可以补偿相连机器轴线的径向位移、轴向位移和角向位移。用弹性元件来保证联轴器的扭转传递,并且具有各种不同的扭转刚度和阻尼系数可供选择,因而能充分地调节传动系统的扭转振动性能。
LS型高弹性联轴器主要由扭转弹性部件、膜片部件、联接件及扭转限位装置组成。扭转弹性部件由多个元件组合而成,它根据结构尺寸和刚度级别的要求布置成单排和多排型。每排弹性元件又由多个扇形块组成。膜片部件是由多个呈正切方向布置的挠性杆组成。它们都是布置在弹性部件的后端,并允许承受轴向位移。扭转限位装置是当弹性部件破坏的瞬间,防止联接机器的断开,这时就变成扭转刚度联接。
The highly flexible LS coupling is a torsionally flexible rubber coupling that compensates redical, axial and angular shaft displacements of the connected machinery.The torque is transmitted by flexible elements. And the different torsional stiffness and damping factors available provided the possibility to satisfactorily tune the torsional vibration behaviour of the drive system.
The main parts of the LS coupling are: the torsionally flexible part, the membrane part the connecting parts and the torsional limit device. The torsionally flexible part consists of elements, which can be arranged in one row or more rows respectively, dependent on the coupling size and the stiffness level. The flexible elements are divided into several segments. The membrane part consists of a number of flexible links whgich are arranged tangential. They are arranged behiand the flexible part and permit axial displacement. The torsional limit device will at the moment of failure of the flexible elements, prevent separation of the connected macinery. The connection will then be torsionally rigid.

弹性元件是用耐热橡胶制造的,允许使用环境温度-45℃~+70℃,同时要防止联轴器橡胶部分永不受油和热辐射的影响,为使使用寿命长,应注意足够的通风口孔。
如果联轴器在运行期间没有超过提供的技术数据,则联轴器不需要维修。
联轴器安装及对中
每个参与扭矩传递的螺栓必须用扭力扳手紧固,并满足紧固力矩的要求。
紧固力矩见下表。
The flexible elements are made from heat-resistant rubber, the admissible ambilent temperatures range from –45 to +70℃. Meanwhile, the rubber parts should never be affected by oil and heat radiation with respect to a long lifetime, consideration should be given to sufficently large ventilation holes.
The coupling does not need any maintenance if it never happened to exceed the provided technical data during its operation.
The Installation & Alignment of LS Coupling
Every bolt, which acts as a part of torque transmiting, must be tightened by torsional force spanner. The requirements of tightening torque, as shown in following table, should be satisfactory.

弹性联轴器弹性元件元件检验
弹性联轴器装机运行100小时后,应对弹性元件进行第一次检查,然后每2000小时或6个月检查一次。装机运行9000时或10年后,应进行弹性元件更换。在检查时发现弹性元件有裂痕或有其它损坏现象应立即拆卸弹性元件。
Examination for Flexible Elements of LS Coupling
The first check should be done to the flexible elements after LS coupling’s installation and 100 hours operating time. After that, the check should be done every 2000 hours operation or 6 months. The flexible elements should be replaced 10 years later since their installation or after 9000 hours operation. If cracks or other failures about the flexible elelments are found while checking, they should be dismantled and changed immediately.
弹性联轴器贮存
暂不装机使用的弹性联轴器应保存在通风良好的仓库中,并要求避免太阳光直接照射,离发光源一米外,避免油类及碱性物的粘染,并处于自然状态。在正确保管条件下,库存期为2年。
Stock of LS Coupling
The LS coupling,which is not used for the time being, should be kept in storehouse with good ventilation condition. And it should be prevented from being irradiated with sunlight directly and away from light source 1 meter. Also, it should avoid being inflected with oil and alkealine materials,and be in nature state.The stock period is 2 years with the normal store condition.
