Nothing can be compared with creation or innovation for the personal growth , especially in the times of globalization and knowledge explosion. Put it another way , the spirit of innovation is a key ingredient of the modern recipe to success, either for individuals or for a nation. Due attention to this quality is attached by individuals and even the whole society. People with the spirit of innovation can not only accumulate wealth, but will also establish their career, fit into society, and even attain social status. The picture does reveal that lack of credibility is in large measure detrimental not only to the personal life ,but to the further development of the whole society. The past decade has witnessed a huge development in economy owing to some policy being carried out, bringing some problems at the same time, with the lack of credibility being the foremost. What’s more, the public fails to attach due attention to the importance of honesty. It is not hard to notice that without honesty, hardly can individuals or organizations make money, take profits, let alone obtain wealth in the long term, especially in this fiercely competitive modern world. 四、环境问题
第二段：
The author of this picture is trying to reveal a well-known but little acted-upon crisis that our environment is gradually destroyed by air pollution and other damaging human activities. Behind the scene presented above, there lurks a host of problem of some higher level. Smog , acid rain , global warming possibly changes climate pattern, affects crop production and disrupts wildlife distributions, and leads to the extinction of wild species.Industrial sewage dumped into rivers or lakes pollutes water. People living by the river will probably develop strange diseases. were there no environmental protection, we would never taste the real happiness of the life.
第三段：
Situation being so serious, it’s high time that the whole society took some effective measures to tackle the problem. To begin with, the general public is supposed to enhance their awareness of damaging effects that environmental disruption.In addition, it is imperative that corresponding laws and regulations be carried out to severely punish those who destroy the environment intentionally. Last but not least,the local government should take more steps, such as closing the factories which produced too much industrial exhaust, planting more trees and develop more high-tech products. Only by taking these concrete and practical steps can we enjoy better health and live a more comfortable life.
