SECTION 2 JOINER WORK第2节-木工工作

2-1 DIVISIONAL BULKHEAD, LINING AND CEILING分隔舱壁、衬板和天花板
Construction of divisional bulkhead, lining and ceiling concerning fire protection to comply with requirements of SOLAS and Classification Society.
对于防火保护有关的分隔舱壁、衬板和天花板，其结构应符合SOLAS以及船级社的要求。

The arrangement of all walls, bulkheads, lining and ceilings in accommodation space to be in accordance with method 1C.
居住区墙壁、舱壁、衬板和天花板的布置应按照1C的方式进行。

Clear height in living space & service spaces mess room, passages and wheelhouse to be not less than 2,100 mm.
居住舱室&服务处所、餐厅、走道和驾驶室中的净高应不少于2.1米。

2-1.1 Bulkhead and Lining舱壁和衬板
Bulkhead and lining to be applied in accordance with the General Arrangement Plan.
舱壁和衬板应按照总布置图进行布置。

In corridors, enclosure living spaces and service spaces, bulkhead to be pre-fabricated panel system with max. 50 mm thick rock wool (glass wool only in certain place) with decorative PVC film on 0.7 mm thick galvanized steel sheet.
在走道、封闭的居住舱室和服务舱室中，舱壁由最大厚度为50mm的岩棉预制板（仅在一定的处所使用玻璃棉），预制板表面包扎有0.7mm厚镀锌簿钢板，且在最外表带有PVC装饰板。

0.7mm galvanized steel sheet painted to be used for sanitary space if in where heat insulation or sound isolation or fire insulation is used.
处所中采用隔热绝缘包扎或隔音包扎或防火绝缘包扎的部位，应采用0.7mm厚经油漆处理的镀锌簿钢板。

Bulkheads in galley and pantry to be covered with stainless panel system..
厨房和配餐室中的舱壁应覆盖有不锈钢衬板系统。

2-1.2 Ceiling天花板
In corridors, enclosure living spaces, service spaces and control stations, ceiling to be pre-fabricated panel system with rock wool (glass wool only in certain place) with decorative PVC film on 0.7 mm thick galvanized steel sheet. Rock wool 25 mm thick to be accepted only.
在走道、封闭的居住舱室、服务舱室和控制站，其天花板将采用岩棉（仅在一定的处所使用玻璃棉）预制板体系，表面覆盖有经油漆处理且0.7mm厚镀锌簿钢板，仅厚度为25mm的岩棉板将被接受。

0.7 mm galvanized steel sheet painted to be used for sanitary if heat insulation is used in sanitary.
如果卫生间采用隔热绝缘包扎，则该卫生间将采用经油漆处理且厚度为0.7mm的镀锌簿钢板。

Ceiling in galley and pantry to be covered with stainless steel sheet of 0.5 mm thick.
厨房和配餐室的天花板将覆盖有0.5mm厚的不锈钢簿板。

2-2 FIRE INSULATION, HEAT INSULATION AND SOUND ISOLATION防火绝缘、热绝缘和隔音绝缘
Fire insulation, heat insulation and sound isolation to be applied to accommodation quarter in accordance with relevant Rules as follows.
应按照下述相关规范的要求对居住区进行防火绝缘、隔热绝缘和隔音绝缘包扎。

2-2.1 Fire insulation防火绝缘
Fire fighting insulation to be complied with requirements of SOLAS.
防火绝缘包扎应满足SOLAS的要求。

2-2.2 Heat insulation隔热绝缘
The following boundaries to be insulated against heat transmission to the rooms.
下述舱壁应进行隔热绝缘包扎，以防止热量传入房间。

Where ceiling or lining is not fitted, rock wool to be covered with glass clothes, but sanitary space to be covered with galvanized steel sheet and painted.
对于未安装有天花板或衬板处，应采用覆盖有玻璃丝布的岩棉板进行包扎，但卫生舱室应覆盖有经过油漆的镀锌簿板。

Heat insulation to exposed part to be extended to about 500 mm beyond end of exposed part.
对于暴露部件的隔热包扎应从暴露部件末端延伸约500mm。

Engine casing wall to be fixed with tire insulation and to be secured with galva nized wire net and fastening pins/clips suitably placed.
机舱篷的墙壁上应安装防火绝缘包扎，并且在适当位置采用镀锌网和固定用钉子/扣钉进行固定。

2-2.3 Sound isolation隔音绝缘

Sound insulation to be applied to the wall between cabin and office or public space or or air conditioning unit room or sanitary space (except private lavatory) and engine control room.
房间与办公室或公共舱室或空调舱室或卫生处所（除了个人专用盥洗室）和机舱集控室间的墙壁上应采用隔声绝缘包扎。

2-3 DECK COVERING甲板敷料

3-1.1.1 The general features and size of furniture to be as listed up in the following. Quantity and size of furniture may be changed in accordance with approved cabin arrangement plan. Color scheme book to be submitted to Owner's for approval.
家具的一般特性和尺寸如下所述，具体家具的数量和尺寸可以按照经认可的房间布置图进行更改，并且应将颜色配套的样本提交给船东认可。

Generally, furniture to be of Chinese market products.
总体来说，家具采用中国市场上的产品。

Furniture "of Chinese market products" to be of substantial construction, designed for marine use and approved by Owner's supervisor: samples to be submitted prior to placing orders.
在中国市场上购买的家具应具有结实的结构，按照船用进行设计且经过船东监造代表认可，并且在订货前将样品加以提交。

3-1.1.2 The surface material of furniture in general to be as follows.
