十一、使用印章时，使用人需填写《公司用章登记单》并由公司授权
的印章使用批准人签字手续完备后方可盖章，用章情况必须按要求填写好，以便检查。每半年将《公司用章登记单》提交集团人力行政部存档。
十二、如有特殊情况需外借印章，并将印章带离工作区域，需经过总经理批准。申请中需列明外借的原因及归还时间。本人将与印章一并同行。印章外出后，只将印章用于申请事由，并对印章的使用后果承担一切责任。
十三、保证不利用职务之便，未经批准私自使用印章，如有违反，愿意接受公司处罚，超过两次以上的，本人接受公司予以辞退。给公司造成经济损失的本人愿意予以赔偿，造成重大损失或严重后果的，本人承担法律责任。
十四、如因印章保管故意或疏忽造成印章损毁或遗失等情况，立即向上级领导汇报并采取应急措施。公司追究印章保管不利的行政、经济责任时，本人愿意接受处分，并赔偿所发生的一切费用及损失。
