1. Can you tell me something about your hometown?
Sure. Located in the southwest part of China, my hometown Chengdu is a metropolis which is a little bit of everywhere and unlike anywhere. I was born here and grew up here. Like all the other locals, I have a special emotion to my hometown.

2. What are the most attractive parts in your hometown?
Well, I think it may take a while to count them all. First, Chengdu is a dynamic city where the old and new intermingle, remains a magnet for visitors from inside and outside of China. Tourism attractions like Jinli, Broad and Narrow Alley, Wuhou Memorial Temple. Besides there are millions of invaluable antiques, crafts, jewelry and calligraphy, which are extremely exquisite and extraordinary. On top of it, the local snacks. Oh, they never fail to make my mouth water. Way too tempting and scrumptious!

3. What are people in your hometown like?
They are very friendly and hospitable. They always love to give a hand to those visitors who are in need and make them feel at home.

4. Is there anything that needs to be improved in your hometown?
The first thing comes to my mind is the air should be fresher, you know, vehicles caused severe exhausted pollutions, which made the air badly polluted. Another thing is traffic problem, especially in rush hours. Getting stuck in horrible traffic jams every morning and evening is really unpleasant, which never fails to ruin people’s moods, so more subway lines should be built. And one thing tortures people most is the fact the house prices in Chengdu are soaring at an extremely fast speed. So it would be great if the house prices could be decrease a bit.
