Step Ⅱ
T: Boys and girls, shall we begin our class now? Today we are going to
review the Prepositions. Now , look at the screen.
1.了解介词的定义:表示词语间语义关系的词叫介词,
介词用于名词或名词词组或相当于名词词组的结构前。
2.熟悉介词的结构:简单介词、复合介词和短语介词;
介词不能单独使用作句子成份,必须和名词或代词组成
介词短语;如果用在动词前,动词必须用动名词形式。
如:thank sb.for doing sth. what about doing sth.
without doing sth等;介词短语在句中一般可作定语表语,宾语补足语,状语等。
3.介词的用法很灵活,同一个介词有时会有好多不同的用法,如:for,at,with,on等。熟记一些常用的介词短语并灵活运用。

T: Ask the students to look at the screen and show them some pictures
(设计说明:教师边讲,边显示出屏幕上的相关图片,并通过图片生动的图片来进行介词教学,吸引学生的注意力。同时把这些词汇写在黑板上behind、 in front of、next to、 between、 on、 under、near……)
Step Ⅳ Practise
Ask the students to fill in the blanks with“in, to,on.”then check the answers.
Jiangxi lies______ the east of Huzhou.
Taiwan is ______ the east of China.
Japan is _______ the east of China.
Shengyang lies ______ the north of Dalian.
I. "in the+方位名词"指的是小范围在一个大范围的里面,表示"在某范围之内",强调两者的包含关系。如:
Beijing is in the north of China. 北京在中国的北部。
II. "on the+方位名词"指的是一个范围紧挨着另一个范围,表示"两地接壤",强调两者为相邻关系。如:
Korea is on the northeast of China. 朝鲜在中国的东北面。
III. "to the+方位名词"指的是一个范围和另一个范围之间隔段距离,表示"在某范围之外",强调两者是远离关系。如:
Japan is to the east of China. 日本位于中国的东边。

T: Now , look at the screen and do some exercises in groups,encourage the students to do it as quickly as possible,then check the answers.

StepⅧ、教学反思:
在这节课中,学生兴趣浓厚,学得积极主动,反思整个教学过程,我认为成功的地方是:教师巧设问题,循序渐进,能让学生在自主学习的过程中激发灵感,畅所欲言,学生各方面的能力都获得了发展,教学实际能遵循知识性和趣味性的统一,利用问答、小组等活动形式,引导学生积极思考,让每个学生大胆参与,通过合作与交流的学习方式,相互探讨,使学生在愉快的情境中学会学习。
在整节课的教学过程中,不免还有些不足之处,值得反思:部分学生基础较差,不愿开口,难于参与合作,学习英语的积极性不高。
