PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Base on order intake to dispatch and release Master Production Schedule. Analyze capacity loading to meet delivery requirement and company target. Release monthly production schedule to workshop.
依据订单状况编制主生产计划。进行产能分析以便达成发货需求和公司目标。提供车间月度生产计划。
2. Communicate with all department (PM, Eng, Pur, PE) to fix production plan to ensure on time delivery. Ensure on-time delivery of drawing and no capacity lost in production;
与所有部门(项目管理部、工程部、采购部、工艺编程组)沟通满足生产计划，保证准时交货。保证图纸准时下发，保证生产没有产能浪费；
3. Take care of Ops daily meeting, track and confirm to finish project on time.
天天主持召开Ops生产计划会议，跟进和保证生产项目按时完成。
4. Utilize lean principles or KAIZEN to drive improvement and cost saving of production planning.
利用精益原则或者改善方案促进生产计划的改善和成本节约。
5. Improve order forecast and monitor order intake to meet KPI target;
改善订单猜测与控制在手订单以达成KPI目标。
6. Carry out WIP analysis on weekly, take actions for slow-moving semi-finished goods to ensure fulfill project on time.
每周进行产成品分析，对呆滞半成品采用措施以保证按时达成项目。
7. Maintain and check master data in SAP.
维护和检查SAP主数据。
8. System issue (SAP) follow up and problem solving.
SAP系统问题的跟进与问题解决。
SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY安全职责
To follow strictly the company policy, ESH regulations and operational procedures.
To conduct the safety production education and training activities.
To report the incident and risk to line manager or ESH manager whatever it is serious or not.
To stop any unsafe behavior.

Determination of customer demand
-Using tools of PPS in ERP system, Sample production information’s, Preproduction demands, etc. required demands for planning are determined
Processing of Production orders
-Provision of Production orders, System Corrections and Processing of Transaction errors
Definition of detailed Production Schedule
-Under consideration of demand time schedule and quantities a production program schedule is created. Definitions of Lot sizes, a minimization of Setup time and procedures as well as personnel optimized planning have to be followed and optimized
-Detailed planning of required manpower and coordinate with production in time availability of qualified staff
Material and equipment availability check

-Detailed planning of required manpower and coordinate with production in time availability of qualified staff
-Depending on the material supply strategy (Kanban, supply on order, etc.) the availability of required materials have to be assured using the information out of BOM and material availability check. If Deviations are expected or found countermeasures have to be defined with the respective Material control area
-Check and assure availability of required tools, fixtures, etc. for planned production
Control of Production Program
-Supervision and coordination of Production according to Detail Program Schedule; Control of production program reliability; Coordination of delays; Analysis of Problems including continues improvement process
Coordination of Tryout and Pre Series Production
-Include requirements for Tryout and Pre Series productions in Production program, processing and adaptation of Master data (incl. BOM, routing) for Tryout and Pre Series Production orders
Reporting of Production output
-Confirmation of produced volumes to dispatch control area and sales department; Coordination of call off, customer order, forecast changes or additional demands
Short Term Capacity planning
-Calculate Short Term capacity requirements for Production program out of Forecast data
Equipment and Tool service management
-Coordinate Schedule and Planning of maintenance and service of production equipment (e.g. injection moulding tools), Planning of Changes, coordination of Repair jobs and modifications
Provide control statistics and KPI
-Define and Track KPI for Production control performance

3 Education:
-College degree or above

-Good command of both written and spoken English
-At least 3 years’ experience in production or material planning

报告产品的产出
-与发运控制区域和销售部确认生产数量；协调客户订货量，客户订单，猜测变化和其它要求。
短期产能规划
-依据需求猜测数据为生产计划计算短期产能需求
设备和模具修理管理
-协调生产设备修理和保养〔如注塑模具〕的计划；协调变更计划，协调修理及改良计划
-提供控制数据和KPI
-定义和追踪生产控制的KPI

QUALIFICATIONS
oTo make this work in a successful manner, the individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
oAt least a Vocational School certificate with 2 years of experience leading workgroups. Diploma is preferred.
oCertificate of Dental Technician preferably.
oGeneral knowledge in computer programs.
oGood command of written and spoken English.

oSr. Supervisor, Production must be aware of the process. Be familiar with the Windows environment. Having ability to learn efficiently software applications including 3D images, demonstrate high potential to learn, adapt and manage the company tools to track and improve own performance as well as the team performance under responsibility.

6. Manage yearly PP improvement activities related to Lean supply chain and QAD developing;

1. College above in logistic or engineering related studies
物流或工程相关专业大专以上学历
2. 5 years or above experience in manufacturing planning position
5 年以上制造计划工作经验
3. Fluent oral-English/Mandarin is necessary，

4. Basic knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft office softwares

5. Knowledge of QAD manufacturing software or related software
