1. 建构生产控制部功能及报表与系统架构建立, 生产系统强化与产能管理。
2. 新制程与新产品导入，投入产出滚动猜测与生产周期控制。
3. 达成产能提升任务与系统优化导入, 强化生产效能与生产指标达成。
职位要求：
1. 具备200mm/300mm半导体工作经历7年以上, 及生产管理相关经历12年以上。
2. 熟悉半导体MFG生产制造指标, 生产线在制品管理与制造执行系统经验。
3. 熟悉生产制造运作, 生产规划与优良的沟通协调能力。

1. Leading the process group electric motor assembly
2. Plan and realize ratio- and optimization tasks
3. Active support from production department at process problems
4. Support the process group for introduction, development andimprovement of existing and new manufacturing processes for electric motor
5. Support the product- und process-development of the electric motor
Requirements:
1. Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
2. Leadership in production and knowledge in lean Production
3. Computer skills (MS Office and SAP)
4. High level of ability to cope under pressure, flexibility, skills in communication and teamwork
5. Fluent English language skills

oReview MRP timely and work out raw material planning
