1、学校礼堂、餐厅、体育活动场地、教室、会议室等均为公共活动场所，执行谁组织活动，谁负责安全工作的原则。
2、展开活动时应认真检查电路安全，没有电工在场不要私拉乱接电源。新增大功率电器，应征得总务部门同意。总务处应组织电工定期检查电源开关、插座是否完好，有损坏的应及时修复。
3、展开活动要坚持所有通道畅通无阻，开关灵活，便于随时打开。
4、展开活动要适当控制人员，不要过分拥挤，要确保在任何状况下都能安全疏散撤离。
5、大型活动要指定专人负责安全工作，突发事件有专人负责指挥疏散撤离。
