职责描述：
Professionally design and develop innovative design solutions and products in a fast-paced team environment.在一个工作节奏快速的环境里制定与开发有创意的解决方案和产品
· Provide 3D Cad work for prototyping and support prototype build. 为手板样机的生产绘画3D图纸，且对初级工程师提供指导
,Support technology development and new product development projects.支持研发部门和新产品开发项目
· Using sound engineering principles refine concepts into reliable designs that meet performance, compliance, product integrity and aesthetic requirements for worldwide markets. 运用合理的工程原理，将概念转化成可靠的制定，以满足全球市场对产品在性能、合规、产品完整性和外观上的要求。
Design for manufacturability, for China production environments.在中国的制造条件下，制定出具制造性的产品。
Generate part specifications, including detailed drawings and specifications.标明具体部件参数〔包括明细图和说明书〕
·Manage output of factory design teams by reviewing design progress and providing feedback评审制定进度，提供反馈，管理工厂的制定团队
Perform prototyping evaluation, write test requests and review results.评估手板样机和分析测试结果
· Support continuous improvement of existing products. 支持现有产品的不断进行优化
-Liaise with the wider global team departments, including quality, test, marketing, compliance etc. .与全球在海外的其他部门〔包括质量，测试，营销和合规部门等等〕对接
-Attend global calls giving verbal updates.参加国际 会议且报告新进展
Experience经验要求:
· At least 6 years’ experience in product development in high volume consumer products.六年以上大批量消费品的产品开发工作经验。
· 3D CAD proficiency, design experience in multiple processes such as: plastic injection molding, die-casting, sheet metal, machining processes, and assembly processes. 熟练绘画三维图，有在注塑、压铸、钣金、机械加工和装配等制定经验。
· Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team environment is essential. 能在多个跨职能的团队中高效工作。
Functional Skills/Knowledge能力要求
· Good command of English speaking and writing 优良的英语口语和书写能力
· Ability to work with flexible adaptable teams and processes that embrace and cope with change and uncertainty能快速适应变化，有效灵活地和高效团队一起工作
· Ability to support at least multiple projects simultaneously. 能够同时支持多个项目 Detail-oriented, versatile, organized, articulate and professional. 注重细节，善于安排工作和沟通，专业性强 ·
Education/Certifications/Affiliations 学历要求
· BS in Mechanical Engineering 本科学历，工科专业
· High Skill level and knowledge of Pro Engineer Creo preferred 能熟练使用ProE
