从近六年**中招来看，名词为每年的必考点，命题点主要有三个：名词词义辨析必考点）、名词 复数高频点）及名词所有格冷考点），名词词义辨析主要在单项选择和完型填空中考，侧重于语境辨析，同时也会与名词单复数综合考，另外，也会少量 及近义名词辨析。单项选择题的话题 及谈论事物、个人情况、职业、旅行、运动、语言学习、饮食、工作生活等。语境丰富，无生词、难词，句子形式以单为主，较少 及对话形式。下表是近五年来名词在**中考题中占据的体型和分值。

一，词义辨析

名词词义辨析主要指考生在不同的语言环境中，通过对上下文的理解，或者对一些词义相同的名词准确的掌握其意义，然后做出正确的选择。近年来，这一考点成为了考察名词的主要形式之一，并且越来越受到各地的欢迎。这类题重点考查考生对名词词义和整个句子意思的理解，考生只要掌握词义并了解句意，一般都不难给出正确答案。

二，名词所有格
格是名词的语法*畴之一。它是名词和代词的一种变化形式，在句中表示与其它词的关系。名词有三个格：主格、宾格和所有格。在英语中有些名词可以加s”来表示所有关系，带这种词尾的名词形式称为该名词的所有格
1. 单数名词词尾加s”，复数名词词尾没有;，也要加s”。
例the boys bag男孩的书包
2. 若名词已有复数词尾又是s，只加“’”。
例 the workers struggle 工人的斗争
3. 凡不能加s’的名词，都可以用“名+f +名词”的结构来表示所有关系。
例the title of the ‘歌的名字
4. 在表示店铺或教堂的名字或*人的家时，名词所有格的后面常常不出现它所修饰的名词。
例the barbers理发店
5. 如果两个名词并列，并且分别有’s，则表示“分别有”；只有一个’则表示“共有”。
例 John’s and Mary’s room 两间）

6. 在复合名词或短语中，’s加在最后一个词的词尾。

7. 作为一个整体的词组，一般在最后一个词的词尾加’s。

格多用于无生命的东西，但也有许多例外。

三，名词单复数
英语可数名词的单复数：英语可数名词有单数和复数两种形式
1、名词由单数变复数的基本方法如下：
① 在单数名词词尾加 s。如：map — maps, boy — boys,hors<e horses table—tables.
② s, o, *, sh, ch 结尾的词加 es.如: clas — classes bo*— bo*es, hero—heroes, dis—dishes bench—benches.
注］:少数以。结尾的词，变复数时只加s。如：photo— photos, piano—pianos.
③ 以辅音字母加y结尾的名词，变y为i，再加es。如：famil—families city
— citiespartyparties.
④ 以f或fe结尾的名词，变f或fe为v ,再加es。如：shel— shelves wol —
wolves,liFelives knif— knives.
2、不规则变化：

名词一般没有复数形式，说明其数量时，要用有关计量名词。如：
