Works collaboratively with leadership to assure professional development and career goals of center staff are supported.负责保证员工的专业技能和职业目标的发展。 2. Assist with implementation, innovation, development and continuous improvement of educational programs. 协助教育培训项目的执行,革新,与可继续性的发展。 3. Assists with the revision of educational content as requested by leadership. Conducts training and educational courses as scheduled and requested. 负责培训材料的修改和完成培训和课程。 4. Oversees and coordinates the implementation and education for all center and/or department programs and facilitates the connection with appropriate regional resources. 监督和协调所有中心和/或部门计划的执行和教育,并促进与恰当地区资源之间的关系。 5. Assists with annual budget preparation and responsible for meeting budget goals as established including administering financial controls of revenue and expenses. 协助制定年度预算,并负责实现已制定的预算目标,包括对收入和支出进行财务管控。 Requirements 职位要求: 1. The Operations Practice Director must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, business or related field. Master Degree is preferred. 康复总监最低须持有一个健康管理或商业管理学科学士学位。 2. He/she must also have a minimum of five years‘ experience in hospital, clinic or long term care and three years of managerial and administrative experience, preferably international or foreign hospital, clinic or long term care.他/她还必须拥有至少十年的在医院或诊所直接患者护理的经验,以及三年的管理和行政经验。如有国际或外资医院诊所的经验优先。 3. Must be able to analyze, organize, and adapt training and educational materials and execute the details of planning an educational program and to present the subject matter effectively.必须能够分析、组织和调整培训及教学素材和执行教学计划的细节,并高效展示教学主题。 4. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand Mandarin and English. 必须具备一般话和英语的读、写、表达和理解能力。 5. Business travelling is required based on the need of company or project. 依据公司或项目需求进行工作出差。
