information2预安装信息2.1 System description2.1系统说明All bodies emit nfrared Radiation(IR).The higher the temperature of the body is,the higher is the infrared radiation emitted.任何物体均有红外辐射(IR)。其温度越高辐射越强。The CemScannerrec/z System woifcs on measuring the infrared radiation emitted from the rotary kiln,by means of an infrared line scanner本系统通过红外线性扫描仪测量回转窑红外线热辐射。The radiation from the kiln shell is measured by rotating a mirror and lenses system in the line scanner and focussing it on an infrared detector In this way the temperature along a line of the kiln is measured sequentially.As tfie notational speed of the mirror is much higher(150-1200 times)than that of tfie kiln,this line can be considered a straight line.由窑胴体来的辐射通过线性扫描仪内的透镜并聚焦红外探测仪来检测的。窑线上温度依次得到测 量,镜子旋转速度高于窑转速(150-1200倍),因此扫描线可认是条直线.An advanced processing system with distributed intelligence based on a LONworks netwoifc,the CemMicix)-II,constitutes the back bone of the system.本系统为先进的数据处理系统,LONworks网络、CemMicro-II构成本系统骨架。The SFI(Scanner Front-end Interface)receives the temperature measurements from the scanner head and tfie kiln position from the KPE(K_iln Position Encoder),as well as kiln and tyres rotational pulses.扫描仪前后端接口(SFI)接收来自扫描头器温度信号、窑位置编码器(KPE)窑位置信号和窑及 轮带脉冲信号。The analog signal from the line scanner is converted into digital information in the CemMicro-II system.来自线性扫描仪模拟信号在CemMicr。-II系统中转化为数字信号。“The LRM(l_ive Ring Migration)system consist of a proximity switch placed at each tyre,where measurement of tfie slip is desired.The KPE count is read at the time,when the kiln or fyre switch is turned ON.Using the KPE count for each revolution of kiln and tyre and taking the kiln diameter at the tyre in account,the slip is calculated.Alternatively,the time between two consecutive pulses from a tyre switch is measured and by comparing this time to the kiln notational time and inserting the kiln diameter at the tyre,the system can calculate the 滑动量。或者将来自窑轮带两个连续脉冲的时间间隔与窑旋转时间并考虑轮带处的窑直径,也能 算出轮带滑动量。The proximity switches are connected to the CemMicro-n/KPE and the pulse signals are transmitted to the host computer on the LON works network cable.接近开关与CemMicro-n/KPE相连,脉冲信号通过LONworks网线传送至主机。From the SFI,the kiln tempemturcs are sent to the host computer via an optic fibre transmission line for presentation to the operators on a colour stainless steel cabinet,which also holds the CemMicro-II/SFI(15),tfie power supply(3),tfie terminal blocks(4-12)and various auxiliary equipment线性扫描仪装于一不锈钢柜子内,内还有CemMicm-n/扫描仪前后端接口(SFI)(15),电源(3),端子排(4-12)和其它辅助设备。To avoid dust penetrating tfie cabinet,it is equipped with a fan(6)and filter(7),thus keeping an over pressure in the cabinet为避免灰尘进入,柜内还装有风扇(6)和过滤器(7)。As an option,the cabinet can be equipped with a heating element(8),which enables it to with-stand severe climatic conditions.For further details see technical descriptions.柜内还可装加热元件(8)(选件),能承受恶劣环境,详见技术性能。The IR-entrance hole in the cabinet is equipped with a shutter mechanism(20),which closes the hole,when power is disconnected thus minimizing dust penetration.柜前端红外线扫描孔装有电磁百叶窗(20),断电时自动关闭孔门以防灰尘进入。The door is equipped with a switch(5),which disconnects power to the fan(and heating element)and the shuttei;when the door is scanner readings and the kiln position,a KPE(optional)and a KPE cabinet is normally included in the supply.为达到扫描仪读数与窑位置精确同步,应选择KPE与KPE柜(可选)The KPE cabinet contains the KPE-unit(1),a 24/5 VDC power supply(2),a filter(5),a mains switch(4)and a terminal block(6)with overioad-and transient protection.KPE柜有KPE单元(1),24/5VDC电源(2),过滤器,电源开关(4),端子排(6)瞬时过载 保护。The KPE-unit is connected to the SFI in the scanner cabinet and to the PCLTA in the CeinScanneirec/z server PC via the LONwoifcs netwoifcKPE单元与扫描仪柜内的SFI相连,并通过LONwoife网与CemScanne杵劭主机内PCLTA卡相连。The LONworks network is a bus.Hence,local conditions must determine,where to place the joining point,to minimize the cable length.The joining point can be the KPE cabinet,the scanner cabinet or the system server PC,whichever is the most convenient The scanner2.4扫描仪位置The scanner must have an unobstructed view of the kiln in order to give the best performance.The cabinet has been constructed so that it can be placed in any position(horizontal,vertical or tilted),thus giving a free choice of where and how to place it扫描仪要取得最好性能,必须保证其视野开阔与窑间无阻挡。可自由选择扫描仪柜的放置方式(水平、竖直、倾斜)The line scanner is fixed mounted in the cabinet,therefore,all adjustments of the scanning plane must be done by tilting the cabinet由于扫描仪是固定在柜子内,因此可倾斜柜子来调整扫描面。The active scan angle of the line scanner is 90,1100 and 120 respectively for THP 6,THP 7 and TMC 8.THP 6,THP 7和TMC 8三种扫描仪的扫描角分别为90,110和120It should be kept in mind when positioning the scanner cabinet,that the line scanner has a certain spatial resolution,which results in a spot on the kiln shell,whose size is a function of the distance to the kiln.Hence,the cabinet should preferably be placed where the kiln lining gives most problems,i.e.normally near the burning zone,to monitored(length=L).1.确定扫描窑的部位(长度L)2.Add one kiln diameter D to Lin each direction(to allow for final adjustments).3a.THP 6:Draw a circle with L+2D as diameter and the middle of the kiln shell as centre.The cabinet should be placed on this circle,however;not under an angle less than 30.3b:THP 7:Construct an isosceles triangle with one side equal to L+2D along the kiln shell and the two adjacent angles each 35.Draw the meridians to each side of tfie triangle and where they intersect,is the centre of the circle on which,or behind,the scanner should be placed,however,not under an angle of less than 25.3c.TMC 8:Construct an isosceles triangle with one side equal to L+2D along the kiln shell and the two adjacent angles each 30.Draw the meridians to each side of the triangle and where a suitable point on this circle and draw lines to the interception points between the circle and the kiln shell.This gives a scan angle of 90,110 and 120 respectively.5.Draw the bisector to the scan angle and place the scanner cabinet perpendicular to the bisecton 6.At last the tilt of the cabinet is decided by pointing towards the centeriine of the
