职责描述:
职位目的
依据供应计划的补货周计划,安排每日每班次的生产计划。制定合理的生产顺序,实现保证供应和优化生产效率。跟进生产计划的完成状况,及时依据客户需求和生产进度调整生产计划。
主要工作职责
o生产计划制定
1.充分合计设备产能,安排经济合理的生产批量
2.与各利益相关方关于生产计划安排达成一致
3.跟进生产计划完成进度
4.参加每日运作早会,回忆前日的生产状况和当日的重点跟进事项
5.积极支持/协助关键利益相关方的工作,以及计划团队的其他工作
o业绩管理
1.理解生产计划准时完成率的含义,维护正确的生产订单日期并及时更新
2.提供负责区域的销售订单准时足数交付率和生产订单准时完成率的失败原因分析
3.及时创建及定期维护生产计划相关的SAP系统数据参数
4.定期收集和管理影响运作的各项活动,合理安排生产计划
职位要求:
o大学本科及以上学历
o富团队合作精神和工作责任感;
o逻辑思维能力强

o有学习能力和适应能力

1. Responsible for applying for raw materials and the SKU of materials to the US headquarters;
2. Responsible for the preparation, maintenance and update of the BOM of new and old products to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the BOM;
3. Responsible for the management and archiving of BOM information of all products;
4. Cooperate with the US headquarters to implement new programs, assist in the testing and launching of relevant systems, and deliver them to key users in a timely manner;
5. Responsible for the preparation and input of basic data and BOM in the system;
6. Daily implementation and maintenance of the system, analysis and resolution of daily operational issues raised by various departments;
7. Responsible for training the relevant users of the company for system operation related knowledge;
8. Account authority management after the system is officially launched, business department's demand collection, analysis and communication improvement with R
9. Responsible for the contact and communication between relevant departments;
10. Responsible for administrative affairs, copywriting, etc. in the department;
Job Requirements:
1. More than 1 year’s work experience, system implementation or application, skin care industry experience is preferred; English background is preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain and information system is preferred, familiar with the operation of SAP system;
3. Have good communication skills and proficiency in English listening, speaking and writing.
