必须设置紧急断电开关，在紧急情况下，应能切断电动
葫芦总电源.紧急断电开关应是不能自动复位的，且应
设在司机操作方便的地方

深井泵房电动葫芦安装施工措施 一、概述
根据投标文件～锦屏一级水电站深井泵房安装一台起重量为10t的电动葫芦。安装电动葫芦之前～必须安装好电动葫芦轨道~在投标文件中～葫芦轨道的预埋螺栓由土建承包人安装完成～共有27组预埋螺栓~每组间距800mm~每组的对称跨距为240mm。该轨道采用40a型的工字钢～电动葫芦和葫芦轨道均为厂家供货。电动葫芦轨道共安装两节～分别为9.5m,0.642。2t,和10.5m，0。709。8t，。葫芦自重为2。5t，起吊高度为15m～运行速度不超过10m/min～起吊速度不超过8m/min。

三、施工方案
1、轨道的安装
1.1材料的验收及上道工序的检验
在安装轨道之前～先检查轨道的外形尺寸是否符合设计要求和材质证明书和出厂合格证是否符合要求～预埋螺栓是否符合图纸要求～螺栓的丝扣是否有所磨损、若有损坏需处理直至能装配螺母。

1。2安装轨道
由于轨道安装在深井泵房楼顶混凝土主梁的底部～所以安装轨道属于高空作业~需搭好排架～并铺设模板。
在深井泵房顶部、混凝土主梁两侧一期混凝土预埋6组吊点～每3组用于吊装一根轨道。用手拉葫芦将轨道吊至螺栓露头处~安装好垫板~再将轨道上拉直至垫板接触到混凝土主梁.再安装轨道压板~装配螺栓。当电动葫芦轨道吊装到位后～先调节选取混凝土主梁的最低点为调节基准点～应用水准仪检测水平度。用调节螺母的方法，由于轨道自重的缘故～掉接螺母～轨道上下移动,～调节轨道的水平度～直至水平度达到规范要求的？4mm.再调节轨道的在此高程的平面位移～使得轨道的中心线与安装基准线不得超过1mm~，跨距不得超过?5mm~纵向倾斜度偏差不得超过1/1500,接头处上下左右偏差不得超过1mm～接头处间隙偏差不得超过1,2mm。待调整完轨道～部分混凝土主梁与轨道的垫板会存在一定的间隙～用铁片填充这些间隙~再将铁片与垫片、螺栓与螺母垫片与压片焊接，8mm的焊脚，在一起。再检查联接是否牢固。若没有任何强度问题～则在工字梁轨道的两个断头50mm处安装电动葫芦限位板～再将下翼缘处打磨光滑～以免出现卡阻车轮的现象.最后按照设计图纸～将电缆滑道焊接在工字梁轨道上并保证其与下边缘平行。

2。1设备进场验收
设备到现场后～经开箱检验以后～确认设备随机文件、说明书、合格证齐全~设备及备件应与装箱单相符～设备的外观应无损坏。 2。2电动葫芦吊装前的检测
,1,、吊装前应清除电动小车踏面上的油污或防锈油。认真检查电动葫芦升降部分减速机~是否按规定注好润滑油～行走部分是否注好润滑脂。
,2,、认真阅读使用说明书及其他随机文件～了解产品结构.检查电气控制箱是否按电气图配线～检测降部电机和行走电机的绝缘状态。
,3，、检查钢丝绳的固定端是否抽紧~塞块是否楔牢.
,4,、检查控制按钮接线是否正确～固定按钮的保险绳必须装好.
,5，、按规定吊钩必须刷黄、黑相间的斑马纹漆～吊钩保险装臵齐全。
，6，、钢丝绳与卷筒固定每端必须有三块压板～螺栓必须紧固.
，7,、排绝器装配正确~上升、下降限位开关安装正确. 2.3电动葫芦的吊装
电动葫芦的吊装根据施工现场的实际情况～用5t的卷扬机和预埋的吊点处设臵一个导向滑轮用来吊装。而卷扬机的安装就位则用DN40的钢管～在人力及5t手拉葫芦的配合作用下安装就位~如下图所示：

再用手拉葫芦配合卷扬机就电动葫芦吊装到位。吊装时注意
捆绳必须采取保护措施以防损伤设备。由于电动葫芦本身重量为2.5t～因此选择Ф14的钢丝绳和5t的定滑轮.
2。4电动葫芦的安装调节
,1，间隙调整
电动葫芦的行走轮轮缘内侧与工字钢轨道翼缘间隙~保证在3-5?之间～通过垫片调整实现～此项是关健~必须达到.
，2,电机主轴窜动量的调整
锥形转子电动机主轴轴向窜动量一般在1.5mm时～制动效果最佳～如果电动葫芦在额定荷载时下滑量过大~需进行调整~调整方法为：取下尾罩。旋转固定调整螺母的四支螺钉～用扳手按顺时针方向将调整螺母旋至极限位臵~再逆时针旋转一圈～然后装上固定螺钉即可。
，3，、断火限位器的调整
断火限位器的调整通过调整限位杆上的两个撞块来实现的。调整方法是:松开撞块上的螺钉～撞块分开臵于导绳器卡板两侧～卡板能自如的推动撞块移动。启动电机开始起升~卡板推动上限撞块移动～升至吊钩滑轮外壳上沿距卷筒外壳下沿50mm，150mm时～停止上升～点动下降按钮～导绳器向回移动10mm左右时～停机～移动上限撞块接近卡板～旋紧螺钉即可。下限位臵的调整同上～只是方向相反～但必须保证吊钩处于最低位臵时～卷筒上留有3圈以上钢丝绳。
3、试车
电动葫芦安装完成后～接通电源～先检查各电机的运转方向是否与控制按钮的方向一致～然后再进行一些无载和
