200 g of self-raising flour.

50 g of butter.

a little salt.

50 g of sugar.
150 ml of milk.

First, sift the flour and the salt.

Then mix in the butter.

Add the sugar.

Pour in the milk.

Use your hands to make it into a dough.

Make shapes about 5 centimetres wide.
Next, sprinkle the shapes with flour.
Put them on a baking tray.
Finally,cook them for 15 minutes in a hot oven.
You can also make raisin scones.
