Several matters should be noted in technology management
of construction works

Construction technology occupies an important position in the production and management of building construction enterprise, and determines the level of corporate economic profits and losses and the cost of the project. Therefore, construction technology management should be paid an equal attention with fund management and contract management and other aspects in project management, mutual cooperation and coordination, and ultimately, achieve the goal of optimizing project management process.

　　1. Several technology problems should be noted in construction technology management
1.1 The construction skills of late poured band
The concrete pouring quality on both sides of the late poured band must be ensured, so that to prevent leakage of slurry or concrete loose. Both sides of the late poured band should be reinforced by steel mesh bracket, and the structural designer should determine the form of both sides of the section. The Contractor should appoint someone responsible for keeping the late poured band clean, preventing corrosion or being buckled of the reinforcement in the late poured band. The debris in the band and the steel rust must be cleaned up before pouring the concrete of the late poured band. The concrete strength of the late poured band should be one level higher than both sides of the band. After the late poured band concrete pouring work is completed, the concrete curing work should be pay attention.

1.2 Brick wall masonry
The form of masonry: one parallel one vertical, three parallel one vertical, all parallel, all vertical ect. The brick masonry as a whole through various forms of combination of bricks and mortar should follow the following three principles when take masonry:
(1) Bricks must be interlaced joint in masonry. Masonry is made up by bricks and mortar as adhesive materials. In order to enable them to work together, bricks must be interlaced when masonry.
　　(2) The thickness of the level mortar joint must be controlled In accordance with the specifications, the thickness of the mortar joint generally is 10mm, and no more than 12mm, no less than 8mm.
(3) The joint between the walls must be firm. In theory: the joint wall should been built synchronous to ensure that the wall is securely connected, and the joint should conform with the specification strictly.

　　1.3 Construction of structural columns and ring beam
　　(1) Construction column, first fix reinforcement, clean up and wash away the ground mortar and other debris at the pillar roots, and then install the formwork on both sides of the structural column to be firmly use support method.
　　(2) Check reinforcement and write records of concealed work.
The main content is to check the reinforcement diameter, hooping diameter and spacing, the section size of the ring beam, and the lap length of the reinforcement, the protective layer pad.
　　(3) Concrete pouring. Control the concrete slump to prevent leakage of the slurry; In addition, components are small, the vibration should be appropriate.
　　(4) On-site curing. Concrete curing should in different time according to different kinds of cement and climatic conditions.
(5) Formwork removal As the structural columns and ring beam is in the masonry, the side formwork can be removed 2 ~ 3 days after concrete pouring.

2. Several management problems should be noted in construction technology management
　 2.1 Technology files for completion and built drawings preparation.
The items of technology files of construction works should be completed, the number of tests should meet the requirements, the data should be accurate, content should be filled out completed, written clearly, binding procedures reasonable, neat. Built drawings are the basis for the tests on completion, Employer’s taking over, maintenance, alteration, and expansion of the Works, the preparation should be timely, accurate, systematic, scientific and complete.
1) Timely means the certification of materials and the concrete, mortar mix proportion, technology programmes ect, should be provided before construction, the construction records are recorded in the specified time during the construction process, the Sample retention, covert acceptance and recording, quality tests should be completed in time, the data cannot be made up afterwards.
(2) Accuracy is reflect the objective situation of the project accurately, the technology data, performance of standards and design changes must be accurate, not fabricated.
(3) System means the preparation works should be continuously, the staff of the preparation works should not be replaced, the contents and time of the data should be coherent mutually.
4) Scientific means doing everything according to the objective laws, from the reality, the preparation of the data should be planned in advance, the contents should be concise, but also reflect the whole picture of the quality of the project, cannot be fabricated and gather chaos material together
(5) Complete means all kinds of data is complete, clear writing, binding procedure is reasonable, signed completely by the responsible persons of each parties, especially the built drawings, the changes involved in the construction plans must be marked in the blueprints truly and completely.

　　2.2. Implement the technology management system conscientiously
Carry out all the technology management system is the core to do a good job in technology management, and the assurance of organize the technology works scientifically.
　　 (1) Drawing reviewing system. The Owner, the Designer, the Engineer and the Contractor examine the construction drawings together, record the various problems into the drawings reviewing minutes, as the basis of the construction and final settlement.
(2) preparation of construction organizational design and general layout of the construction site.
　　(3) The technology disclosure system,
In accordance with the engineering characteristics, technology measures construction methods, quality standards, processes overlap, security measures ect, explain to the relevant staff sub-categories, so that they are able to master and implement of the construction plans in the construction process.
(4) Construction quality management system, materials and semi-finished products testing system.
(5) The project quality inspection and evaluation system, engineering structural inspection, acceptance check and the completion test system.

　　2.3 Strengthen the engineering technology data management
Works data management is also part of the construction technology management, it belongs to the areas of science and technology files with a certain conservation value, is an integral part of all enterprise files. Technology files go through the review, construction, completion, and for several months or even years, to this end, we must adopt effective management methods include promote the importance of data, strengthen inspection, supervision and guidance to improve technology data management level. Inspection and supervision should together with guidance and take measures to prize good and punish bad, only the verification by the technology departments is complete or almost full, that the production department give the procedures for the completion and acceptance, so as to ensure the engineering technology data completeness, accuracy and timeliness, and the data collected works achieve standardization.

2.4 Select technology management talent, promote enterprise technological innovation
　　First, strengthen technology talent management, above all , appoint the qualified professional technology person in charge the work, improve and perfect the management system, clear the responsibilities and rights. At the same time, strengthen continuing education of professional ethics, modern management techniques and the political ideological level, to enhance and improve the quality of professional and technology, to adapt a new technology development.
　　Second, the essence of the technological innovation is the application of innovative knowledge and new technologies, new techniques, new equipment, new modes of production and management, to improve the technological content, value-added and market competitiveness of products, occupy the market and achieve the market value. Construction projects can be successfully implemented only in strong support of innovative technologies, and enterprises could remain invincible only mastered the core technology to occupy the market.
Third, learning advanced management methods and management experience, organize technology learning, technology training, technology exchange, and continuously improve the enterprise management level and staff professional quality, so as to discover and deal with the problem beforehand, nipped the potential technology and quality accidents in the bud, and ensure the construction quality.

In short, construction technology management runs through the whole process of the project implementation. From the content point of view, technology management with other aspects of the project management are mutual convergence and complementary, and serve the smooth implementation of the project management, is one of the important means to achieve the project management goal.
