6、量装置进行标定。 All measuring devices for primary and secondary air flow rate shall be calibrated. 1.3 对各磨煤机入口一次风管的风量进行测定,并对各一次风管进行调平。 The air flow rates of primary air pipes shall be measured at the inlets of all pulverizing mills, and Leveling for all primary air pipes shall be carried out. 1.4 检查

14、e Tape, etc. 6. 调试应具备的条件 Conditions of Commissioning (1) 系统安装工作结束,记录齐全。 The installation of system has been finished, and all records are complete. (2) 电动机接线良好,绝缘合格。 The wirings of motors are in good conditions and the insulations are qualified. (3) 热工、电气仪表安装校验完毕,可以投运。 The installation
15、and calibration of I&C and electric instruments have been completed, and they can be put into operation. (4) 空气预热器系统分部试运完毕,可以投运。 The partial test run of air preheater system has been completed, and it can be put into operation. (5) 各风机系统分部试运结束,可以投运。 The partial test run of each fan system has
16、been completed, and they can be put into operation. (6) DCS系统具备在CRT上操作条件。 DCS system is in possession of the operation conditions on CRT. (7) 磨煤机系统安装完毕,具备通风条件。 The installation of pulverizing mill system has been finished and it is in possession of ventilation conditions. (8) 相关风门挡板检查完毕,投运正常。

18、关闭。 All manholes of furnace, flue gas ducts, air ducts and pulverizing mills have been closed. (11) 辅机冷却水系统可正常投入。 The cooling water system of auxiliary equipments can be normally put into operation. (12) 动力电源能可靠投入。 The power supply can be reliably put into operation. (13) 冷却水等公用系统调试完毕,能正常投入。

21、8) 通讯设备数量足够、通讯可靠。 Quantities of communication equipments are enough and communications are reliable. 7. 测点安装 Installation of Measuring Points 7.1 标定点和校核点位置选择 Position Selection of Calibration Point and Verification Point 为标定(校核)准确,标定点(校核点)位置有具体要求,原则上必须保证和满足:标定点前直管段长度为4倍管道直径(当量直径),标定点后直管段长度为2倍
22、管道直径(当量直径),所选取位置需经过业主同意。 For accurate calibration (verification), there are specific requirements for the positions of calibration point (verification point). 24、low device (1)锅炉在左右二次热风箱4200×3000×4矩形截面分别设置了2个风量测量装置。 2 air flow measuring devices are separately installed on the rectangular cross section of 4200×3000×4 secondary hot air bellows on the right and left side of boiler. (2)在二次热风箱4200×3000×4矩形截面处且在热风流量装置前安装风量装置的标定孔座,孔座安装位置按网格等矩形原则计算所得计算位置上。在选定截
25、面上需安装8个孔座,两侧共需16个孔座。 Calibration hole seats for the air flow devices shall be installed at the rectangular cross section of 4200×3000×4 secondary hot air bellow and in front of the air flow device. The installation positions of the hole seats are calculated in accordance with the equivalent rectang
26、le grid principle. It is necessary to install 8 hole seats on the selected cross section, total 16 hole seats will be installed on the two sides. (3)具体位置在现场指定,所有孔座安装基本上保持同一水平高度,开孔方向应保证仪器设备方便进出。 The specific positions will be specified on site. The installation of all hole seats basically keep at
27、the same level and the direction of holes should ensure convenient for ingress and egress of the instrumentation. (4)每侧矩形截面需安装8个标定堵座,两侧共需加工16个堵座。 It is necessary to install 8 calibration plug seats on rectangular cross section at each side, therefore, total 16 plug seats need to be manufactured fo
28、r two sides. 7.3 各磨煤机出口一次风标定点标定座和燃烧器进口校核点校核座的安装位置: The installation positions for the calibration seats of primary air calibration points and at the outlets of pulverizing mills and for the verification seats of verification points at the inlets of burners: (1)锅炉共配置了5台磨煤机,每台磨煤机出口设置了4根¢590×10一次风粉
29、管道。 The boiler is equipped with 5 pulverizing mills, and 4 primary air pulverized coal pipes ¢590×10 are installed at the outlet of each pulverizing mill. (2)一次风粉管道标定孔座选在缩孔后面2~3米处开设,孔的正面无遮挡物,所有孔座基本上保持同一水平高度且在同侧,开孔方向应保证仪器设备方便插入推出,共需要加工一次风粉管道调平堵座20个,具体位置在现场指定。 The positions of calibration hole sea
30、ts for the primary air pulverized coal pipes are selected at 2m-3m behind the shrink hole. There is no obstruction in the front face of the hole. All hole seats basically keep at the same level, and the direction of holes should ensure convenient for inserting in and taking out the instrumentation.
31、It is necessary to manufacture total 20 leveling plug seats for primary air pulverized coal pipe, and the specific positions will be specified on site. (3)一次风粉管道校核孔座选在燃烧器后面4~5米处开设,孔的正面无遮挡物,所有孔座基本上保持同一水平高度,开孔方向应保证仪器设备方便插入推出并搭设试验平台。一次风粉管道校核孔座总共需加工20个,具体位置在现场指定。 The positions of verification hole
32、seats for the primary air pulverized coal pipes are selected at 4m-5m behind the burner. There is no obstruction in the front face of holes. All hole seats basically keep at the same level, and the hole orientation should ensure convenient for inserting in and taking out the instrumentation and sett
33、ing up the test platform. It is necessary to manufacture total 20 verification hole seats for the primary air pulverized coal pipes, and the specific positions will be specified on site. (4)一次风粉管道标定及校核堵座总共需要加工40个。 It is necessary to manufacture total 40 calibration and verification plug seats for
34、 the primary air pulverized coal pipes. 7.4 各磨煤机入口流量装置标定点标定座安装位置: The installation positions of calibration points and calibration seats of flow devices at the inlets of all pulverizing mills: (1)每台磨入口1250×1250×4的矩形截面处分别设置了1个风量装置。 One air flow device is separately installed at the rectangular c
35、ross section 1250×1250×4 of inlet of each pulverizing mill. (2)在每台磨入口1250×1250×4的矩形截面处且在风量装置前安装其标定孔座,孔座安装位置按等矩形原则计算得出。 The calibration hole seats of the air flow devices shall be installed at the rectangular cross section 1250×1250×4 of inlet of each pulverizing mill and in front of the air flow
36、device. The installation positions of the hole seats are calculated in accordance with the equivalent rectangle principle. (3)具体位置在现场指定。所有孔座安装基本上保持同一水平高度,开孔方向应注意必需保证仪器设备方便插入推出。 The specific positions will be specified on site. The installation of all hole seats basically keep at the same level, an

(4)每台磨矩形截面需安装5个标定孔座,总计25个孔座,对应需加工25个堵座。 It is necessary to install 5 calibration hole seats at the rectangular cross section for each pulverizing mill, therefore, total 25 ca
38、libration plug seats need to be manufactured in conformity to 25 calibration hole seats. 7.5 加工和布置图:一次风标定和校核、二次热风标定、磨煤机入口流量标定所有孔座尺寸选型相同,共加工81套孔座及对应堵座。 Shop drawings and layout drawings: Dimensions and Pattern selections of all hole seats are same for the calibration and verification of primary air
39、 the calibration of secondary hot air and the calibration of inlet flow rate of pulverizing mill. Total 81 sets of hole seats and plug seats shall be manufactured. 8. 调试程序 Commissioning Procedure 8.1 联锁保护及报警检查 Check-up for Interlock Protection and Alarm 8.1.1 将送风机、引风机、一次风机电源置于试验位置 The pow
40、er supplies of FD fans, ID fans and primary air fans are set to the test position. 8.1.2 检查以下项目 Check-up for the following items: (1)计算机上启动送风机、引风机、一次风机,计算机上反馈正确。 FD fans, ID fans and primary air fans are started on the computer, and the feedbacks should be correct on the computer. (2)计算机上停止送
