新形势下高校优秀青年教师党员发展工作中的问题与对策.docx

　　随着高等教育的快速发展，高校教师队伍的结构发生很大变化，具有硕士、博士学位的青年教师不断增多，青年教师在教学科研骨干、管理骨干、学术带头人、留学归国人员中的青年教师也占有相当大的比例。做好这部分优秀青年教师的党员发展工作，不仅能扩大党的阶级基础和群众基础，还可提高党员队伍的整体素质和战斗力。但受多种因素的影响，这项工作发展滞后，步伐缓慢。

　　一、高校优秀青年教师党员发展面临的问题

　　根据调查统计，高校优秀青年教师党员发展工作存在 “一低，二少，三难”的突出问题，即青年优秀教师入党比例偏低;申请入党人数少、发展党员少;对青年教师启发教育难、发展工作难、党支部在发展优秀青年教师加入党组织中有畏难情绪。究其原因，主要有以下几个方面：

　　二、发展高校优秀青年教师党员的具体措施

　　(1)加强青年教师的思想政治工作，增强党组织的吸引力
