B：In my eyes,the later is better than the former.There is less pressure to work with a kind boss,but without necessary pressure,you will find it hard to work efficiently.And at last it affects the profit of the company’s profit——then we might have to face the salary cut at last.
A：I can’t agree more!I think efficient is the most important in a work.If the boss is efficient, he will lead the company to be better and better.And all employees will benefit at last. On the other hand,I believe I could get more progress with a strict boss. B：In my opinion,cities are better places for children to grow up in.There are better education choices in the city.Children grow up in the city could learn skills earlier,which is important for their later development .On the other hand ,schools in the city are usually bigger and better ,in which children could get better education resource.
A：I have different opinion .Life in the countryside is definitely much better for children than in big cities. It is cleaner, safer, and closer to nature. Children could get healthy food,clean water and opportunities to contact with nature there .When I have children, I would let them grow up far away from city.

B：For myself, I would say, will choose a good payment, since work is only a way to make a living. For me,, what really matters, is the life I have outside work life. With a higher payment, I could have a much more interesting personal life that I can enjoy life.
A: I don’t agree with you.I think interest is the bath for me to work well.But if the payment is to low to live on ,maybe I would think twice.However, no matter which job I would choose,I would try my best to love what I do and work well.

B：I think environmental protection is more important. The economy is the temporary matter, but the environment is the matter of generations , which one is more important? When Economic develops slowly, people can also eat rice; But how can we still survive if there is no environment?

I have different opinion。I think we should give priority to the development of economy. Firstly, economy growth doesn’t conflict with environment protection. We can develop our economy without environment pollution .secondly when our economy strength become strong we can spend more money and energy on environment protection .till then it will be a win-win.

B：I don’t think it is a good idea for people to have a personal gun.It increase the danger of being murdered.A good social order should be guarded by law,but not guns or other self-defence weapons.They only decrease the trusts between people.
A：What you said is some what reasonable,but I do think it is necessary for people to have a personal gun.One should never intend to do harm to others， but should always guard against the harm others might do to him.Even in a well protected neighborhood,there is possibility for you to be a victim of murder or robbery.So you’d better have a personal gun with you.

B：I think it is necessary for the Chinese to celebrate Christmas.As we all know,China is a member of the global family.The Chinese culture not only belongs to China,but also belongs the world.With the Reform and Opening-up,people in diffrent countries begin to know more and more about China.And some countries even celebrate the Spring Festival,so why don't we Chinese celebrate Chrismas.as well?

In many young people’s eyes,Christmas is just a day for fun.They send apple to others,but they don’t know what it means,they yells”Merry Christmas”,but they don’t really know the history of Christmas.It doesn’t really belong to us,we don’t have the root of it.What is more important for us to do is to remember our own festival,our own history.

Punishment is what takes place when prevention fails, and is therefore useless when prevention succeeds. Thus, to ensure citizen safety, the best place to start is with prevention.

B：SO We help others when whey need depends, not blind to help others if can't help. leading  him to  the police for help is much better

B：I can’t agree with that opinion. I think that the view that festivals only have been created to encourage people to spend money is too simple and too narrow.

： I think people do spend more money during a festival than at normal times.  But it is reasonable because it needs money to buy different things to celebrate a festival. we think people spend more money during a festival is a win-win situation to the whole society.
