Give students a list of words and tell them all these words are from the conversation they are going to listen to. They should try to predict what the conversation is about.

Students may role play the conversation. They may be divided into pairs to act out the conversation.
Have a free talk with the students about the topic of the conversation to activate the studetns’ background-know
3、ledge and the new words in the conversation
Students listen to the converstaion and try to understand what the conversation is about. And learn the productive words , expressions and key sentence patterns.
Create new stituations and divide the students into pairs or groups to practice what they have learned in the conversation.
