英语面试技巧?
1. What’s your strength/advantage/strong point?
(1)I am active to learn the new things and would like to share my experience and knowledge colleagues. I really feely happy when I do the favor for the sales who need help in my daily work. I enjoy the team work and have the ability to adapt the new environment, be good at the communication, if some urgency case I can make the decision quickly and work independently to this issue.
(2) have a good attitude(passion) on work or life. Always use the optimism to face the challenge and opportunity even if the difficulty and brave to continue to move on although the different results, much better or much worse .Hope to be the right person, no matter how large you make the contribution ,just focus on my daily work and try my best to learn and achieve 100% the sales support satisfaction as well as cooperate with the different depts..
With my high responsibility and my work experience ,I do believe I can do the job well and it’ s my honor to be the FY 10 SCORE award winners.(Only 2 BDC in the supporting team in China)
What’s your weakness?
A:I’m too frank (straightforward )or honest to people and so easy to believe them, sometime I want to help them and give my advise on them, but maybe I used the wrong way to communicate with them, then made us misunderstand and it’s bad for the relationship, so that I should learn the culture of communication in order to avoid offending people by accident or carelessly.
B: Once I get the task from manager, they need me to provide some report and some urgent issue, one side I hope to complete the object/task asap, on other side I want to keep the report effective and exactly (accurately), so that I always double check and confirm the details with the co-workers, but they think I’m too wined and do the things too seriously, sometime I have focus on the details,while ignoring the overall grasp and the feeling of co-workers.
(1): I think I sometimes feel too concerned with others, for example, does not directly express different opinions, because I think you'll make them lose face, in fact, very beneficial to do so

To work quickly and efficiently. I wish I could gradually learn to be more straightforward, Duirenduishi more direct.
(2): I am sometimes anxious or impatient to do things love. Once the take over a task, always wanted to complete as soon as possible, always felt a thing done before heart comfortable. But haste makes waste, so the pursuit of efficiency, will sacrifice accuracy. I always remind myself accuracy first, efficiency second, it would be much better.

A: Bayer is the famous international company in the world , and it’s also the TOP 1 Company in the medical industry ,as I know many people hope to have the opportunity to work as well as the big family. Based on my high responsibility and previous work experience is closed to this poison ,I do believe I have the ability to do this job well, make the contribution and meet the duty to bring the new level.
B: I’m interested in working with your company because I know yours is one of the largest computer companies in our country(province，city).My major in the university was computer programming, so I wish to have the opportunity to apply my knowledge here. / / My past work experience is close the related to this job. A: Well，I know that you do a very big international business，so I thought it would be a good place for me to make use of the experience I have had abroad. / I think working in this company would give me the best chance to use what I have learned in the university. As you may know from my resume, I majored in life science. People say the prospects for life science are very bright, and your company is a leading one in this field. so I wish to be a member of this company. / Well, I have cherished a desire to get a job where I can use my English, and then I saw your organizations advertisement in "Yangcheng Evening News" for an nterpreter. I think yor organisation has a great future. and I will be able to develop my capabilities here, if hired. Thats why I applied to you.

4: Do you want to work here because you can speak English? / Did you choose this company on account of high pay(or remuneration)? / Whats the reason for your application for this position?

A: No，not just because I can speak English. What I really
want is the chance to learn some advanced methods of management from foreign staff members. / No, not only for high pay(rermunaration)，but also for a good working envioronment. As far as I know，working in a sino-foreign joint venture calls for punctuality and responsibility. It is such a working environment that I am looking for. / The reason for my application for this position is simple: my educational background and professional experience make me qualified for the job.
5: Have you applied for a similar post to any other companies?
A: No, this is the only one. / Yes，Ive also applied to Global Huada company Ltd.-- a Sino-American joint ventur , in case I may not be acceptd here. / Yes Ive applied to General Electric China Incorporation but that was just to get experience in being interviewd. It would be hard for me to get employed by such a large company，I am afraid. Thats why I want to enter this company.

I: Why dont you think you got the job?
C: I think the only reason is that I was too nervous during
the interview and I couldnt express myself the way I want to. / My failure is due to the fact that I dont hold a local lD card.
6.Why do you leave the company? Why are you leaving your present job / Why are you desirous of leaving your present employer? / Why do you want to resign your position as secretary?
A: To speak frankly, There’re two kinds of reason. For the external, my manager has communicated with me last week, when we discussed the PA about my performance work in Fedex last year, he thanks so much for my suppot with him and be the back up BDC for SHAS more then 2 years, he has awarded 5 start twice during the 3 years, he told me about his personal planning in ,he will back to Taiwan and hope I have a good career development in future. For my side/internal side, I want to improve myself and get more responsibilities ,I;m looking for a more opportunities and challenged work.
Well, I’m hoping to get an offer of a better position. If the opportunity knocks, I will take it.

7.which is the most impact on you in Fedex?
A: 1. TA program: no matter your poison is, you have the right for your education ,company will pay for you $2500 per year for everyone, you can continue to training your PC or E and so on, you can see many staff will go to all kinds of school for your study after work, it can improve the ability of Fedex’s staff and make them more effectively.
That’s the reason why I go back to fudan for my master degree,my major is project managerment.

Only people have good attitude on work and make them satisfated, then they try their best to fulfill their responsibilities and make the production.
8.which poison is fit for yourself/which position are you interesting in ?
A:I’m so interested in match when I was a student ,my match is good, and now I have worked for supporting the sales team more than 3 years ,It’s my honor be the FY10 SCORE award winners , based on my experience and responsibility this position it’s fit for me, I hope to get the chance to develop , When I confirmed my strength, I will move in professional or management development.
9.If your boss made the misunderstanding or mistake, what do you do ?
A:I will try to express my opinion by the mails or face to face, ask for his advise, because I do believe my boss is the professional manager and he will judge the question by the things not by people, we will have a good communication before making the decision ,I think no need to worry about it. If he really has misunderstand on me after my explaining, I do believe the time will prove the truth,I only need take the optimism on my work and move on.
10.how do you handle with the contradiction between the company and customs?
A: Principles are: customer is the god and the customer is always right.e
        Second, if there is something wrong ,please also reference to the first time.
we should learn to think the problem form the poison of the customer and have a good communication with them in order to find the better way to solve the problem with the better attitude.
11.what’s your career planning?
A: My career plan is to move ahead, I will make all my energy and professional experience integrated /intigeitid/ into the industry where I work and the place where it need, because I hope in the coming years I will become an professional export, Very clear understanding of my company, industry, the biggest challenges and opportunities, then, my future development goals will be clearly revealed.

I have left my hometown more than 8 years , have graduated from Haikou and go the shanghai for my work, I have adapted the environment asap and it’s easy for me to make new friends in different status and independently live.
B: Lisa is an honest, hardworking and responsible person who cares for her family and friends, have the high requirement on herself work ,on the other side I use my leisure time back to Fudan University for my master degree, hope to be a professional person.
14.what’s your salary now?
A: Should we put this issue in the end, firstly look what I can do for the company.
B:I am paid RMB6000,Plus some allowance and bonus that comes about RMB7500-8000 Per month.

15.Why do you want to change your job OR leave the company?
A: left my job because the company closed down; my company more than three years, have deep feelings; the beginning of last year, as the market situation changed, the company's situation nosedive; to present this point I am sorry, but still face shows my ability to look for a stage play.
16.which kind of person should be your manager?
A: I hope that my superiors/su”pierie/ can give the useful guidance/gaidens/ on my work and he will point out on my any error immediately,then I will take care of the question and avoiding make them happen again. He ‘s not too serious, had better kindly, approachable, easy to close and communicate with him and let me know their business faster, integrate into the new company and environment.

Resignation/rizig”neition/ is the performance of avoiding the problems, can’s fundamental solve the problem,its impossible change the boss, the only way to do is change their adapt to new environment and integrate into the big family, make themselves work hard and learn it during the routine work and faster integration into the enterprise.

To well understand company business model, especially in hospital and retail channel.
To provide standard analytical reports timely and accurately by using the information in CRM system and other sources.

1.this position is working for the sales supporting team and it need to provide the special reports and work it out timely and accurately. As for my work now, I also need select the internal and external information ,do the analyze/anelaiz/ for sales performance and customer related data in all kinds of data system, just like ISH,COMPAS,GSMART ,DaSHBoard and so on, so the responsibility is as similar as my work now, then I can cover this job asap based my previous experience.
2.it’s related the CRM system, it meanings the customer relation management system, I will have this course in my next tern in Fudan University, hope it can do me a favor to fulfill the requirement of this position.
3.I think this position need the person has been good at march and also careful or patience with the large data, due to need to handle all kinds of date from hospital or retail channel ,need the candidate to have the do the report timely and accurately, as my job is boring and need to handle a lots of reports, daily, weekly, monthly and so on, I will take a attention on data base and also keep careful and patience with report, I used to this kind of job, it’s familiar for me to cover and based on my responsibility I do believe complete it well.

18.how do you finish or complete the project under your hard work or high press?
Of course, there’re lots of task on my daily work, I can’t avoiding it happen and only brave to face on it, analyze the issue and find the way to solve the issue.
1. as the business/ financial crisis, all position in the company were frozen, the company was not allowed to enroll the new staffs even if they were resignation, unlucky for me, one BDC had resignation for shas team, then I had learned the new system and new knowledge for her, then I have to support managers for more than 2 years, by the same time , the analyst of CNE also had gone to another company, but we need one key person to responsible for the project named FY10 Simlation, Goal setting and so on. after my discuss I have been the key person to responsible for CNE FY09-10 SIMILATION,it will cooperate with hongkong work together, then we need to do the plan for the program and call the conf.call.meeting and training for all the BDC, and make the timeline and do the jobaid in order to make them know how to do this program anytime and what should they cooperate with others. At that time I had the text for my master degree, I think it’s a good challenge for me to practice and make me gain a lots of experience.
2. it’s unfamiliar for the new environment in fedex, I didn’t know anything about this industry and company, some co-workers were unfriendly ,at the beginning I felt so sad and ask for myself whether should I do the right choice, but I told me no matter how is the environment and how stress for the position I will continue to learn from different persons and ways, at the beginning, t
