本例中的四个need 均为实义动词，表示”需要……”。
作为实义动词时：
need + to do sth.；
need + n./pron.
变否定句时：
don't / doesn't / didn't+ to do sth.；
don't / doesn't / didn't+ n./pron.
e.g. We need to collect the parcel before we leave for England．
否定： We don’t need…
同时need具备双重角色，它能够作情态动词。
need + 动词原形
否定： need+ not +动词原形
e.g. He needn't worry about it．
You needn’t say when he asked.
4. All right. =OK./Sure./Of course.
注意区分：
e.g. —Let's go and ask him. —All right.(“好；没问题”)
—I'm sorry, I can't go there with you. —That's all right.(“没关系，别客气”)
—Miss Lin, is the answer 8? —Yes, that’s right. (“那是正确，那是正确的”)
—How are you doing these days? —I’m all right.(“本人身体好”)

② I need to buy a computer book for your dad and a pair of shoes for myself.
句①中let意为“让……”，常用于let sb. do sth.这一结构中，
相称于make(使)sb do sth.
否定： let sb not do sth
句②中buy 常用于 buy sb. sth. = buy sth. for sb 这一结构，注意其中的介词用“for” ，不用“to”。

the jeans with the yellow belt意为“配黄色皮带的牛仔裤”，
这里with是介词，意为“戴着，带有。”
with 作介词，意义颇多，现就学过with的使用方法小结如下：
1）with 表示“同……一起，和……,与……一同”。
e.g. Would you like to go boating with me?
2）with 表示“具备，带有，含有，戴着”。
e.g. China is a country with a long history.
He is tall man with a pair of sun glassess
3）with 表示“用……; 以……; 靠……”
e.g. We see you with our eyes.
Write with a pen, please.
4) with 表示“借助于……”。
e.g. With the help of the teachers, he caught up with others.
12. I like the ones with the blue belt.
I like the one with the short sleeves.
这里one 和ones为不定代词，常常用来替代前文中已经提到的事物。
one更多时候用来代指某一物（单数名词）；
ones 代指某些东西（重要是可数名词的复数）
e.g. My child doesn”t like this book．Show her a more interesting one．
I don’t want these green peppers. Have you got any red ones?
Our new cassette is more expensive than the one we had before．
13. spot n.点 spotless adj. 无污点的
I want the dress with blue spots.
He keeps his house spotless.
14. check n. 格子； adj. checked v. 检查
15. Excuse me. Can you try on the jeans with the blue belt, please?
Excuse me 是常用短语，意为“劳驾；请原谅”。
try on意为“试穿（衣物）”。句中假如有代词it或them，那么it或them放在try 与on之间。类似的短语尚有pick up、put on、look up等等

Shanghai has changed a lot since 1990.
