一、说教材
我说课的内容是PEP小学英语五年级上册第四单元《What can you do ?》A部分let's lean & let's play.
本教材强调了学生的兴趣、经验，能结合实际，贴近生活。这些特点在本单元中得到了充分的体现。本单元的话题是家务活，功能是运用句型来介绍自己力所能及的事情及询问别人的能力，并在此基础上培养学生自主学习和运用所学语言进行交际的能力。本课内容是本单元的基础，与日常生活息息相关，易于理解。学生通过实际操练，并在情景会话中巩固，将取得良好效果。
根据学生已有的认知基础及本课在单元之中的地位和作用，依据小学英语教学的总体目标，我确立本课的教学目标为：
（1）知识目标：能听说、认读词组：sweep the floor、clean the bedroom、cook the meals、water the flowers、empty the trash.
（2）能力目标：能把本课所学的知识运用到实际交际中去。
（3）情感目标：增强学生生活的自理能力，培养学生热爱父母、热爱劳动、乐于助人的良好品质。
教学重难点：
1.重点：能熟练运用词组和句型。
2.难点：个别单词的读音。如：helpful、empty.
教具准备：
1. PPT 2. Word cards
二、说教法
小学生求知欲强，有较强的观察力和模仿力，对新鲜事物充满好奇心，有强烈的参与欲望。本节课我主要使用以下几种教学方法:
①　 任务教学法：通过布置任务，让学生在完成多层次，有梯度的任务中体会到英语学习的快乐，享受成功的喜悦，从而树立学生学习英语的自信心。
②　 鼓励法：恰当的使用激励性评语让学 生渴望成功的心理得到满足，这也是激励学生积极投入英语学习的一个简单有效的方法。
③　 游戏法：增添活跃的课堂气氛，且通过听听、演演等学习游 戏，诱发他们的求知欲，激发他们的兴趣。
三、说教学过程
合理安排教学程序是教学成功的关键之一，根据新课标的新理念，针对学生的认知状况及本课教材特点，我设计了以下环节：
（一）1.问候 （Greeting）
T: Hello !
How are you ？
Nice to meet you！
设计意图：利用简单的日常口语调动学生的 情绪，进入良好的学习状态。
2. Let’s chant
（二）导入（Lead in）
多媒体呈现卡通片《喜羊羊与灰太狼》的图片。
设计意图：通过学生比较喜欢并且熟悉的卡通片，激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
（三）新课呈现（Presentation）
1. 多媒体教学新短语: sweep the floor
T: Wow，It's very nice. Yes ?
Ss: Yes.
T: Look,this is the living room .(呈现living room 图片）
T: What can you see in the living room ?(教师引导学生说出floor.)
S: I can see sofa, tables, pictures....(教师引导学生说出Floor.)
T: Who is he ? (呈现喜羊羊的图片)
Ss: Xi Yangyang.
T: What does Xi Yangyang do ? (呈现扫把)
(教师引导学生说出sweep the floor.PPT出示sweep the floor.教学读音，板书sweep the floor,让学生 read one by one)
2. 教学短语 ：Clean the bedroom
T: Which room do you know ?
Ss: Bedroom.
(PPT 出示Mei Yangyang擦桌子图片)
T: What does Mei Yangyang do ?
Ss: .....
T: Yes, clean the bedroom.
(PPT 出示clean the bedroom. 教学读音，并用动作操练。板书clean the bedroom.)
T: Clean the bedroom, clean the bedroom, I can clean the bedroom.
(板书I can clean the bedroom.教学读音，让学生边做动作边说句子)
Mei Yangyang: I can clean the bedroom. I'm helpful.(CAI)
3.教学短语：Cook the meals
T:Cunzhang is in the.....（PPT出示Cunzhang在厨房图片）
Ss:Kitchen.
T:Yes.And Xi Yangyang is hungry. So, Cunzhang...
(教师引导学生说出cook the meals.PPT 出示cook the meals. jiaoxue 发音，板书 cook the meals)
Cunzhang : I can cook the meals. I'm helpful .（CAI）
4. 教学短语：water the flowers
T引导学生说出water the flowers. PPT出示water the flowers.及教学读音，让学生边做动作边说句子
Lan Yangyang : I can water the flowers. I'm helpful. (CAI )
5. 教学短语: empty the trash
T: Now , Let's guess something.
T: If you are Fei Yangyang, what can you say ?
(PPT 呈现满篓的垃圾）
T: I can say, I can empty the trash, I'm helpful.
课件出示empty the trash教学读音，板书empty the trtash.
6. Listen and read the phrases.
