Battery appearance should have no leakage, no smoke or explosion, but allowed slight deformation
电池允许轻微变形，但应不漏液,不冒烟,不爆炸。
After crash test, the sample batteries are dropped on the 18-20mm hardwood of the concert floor from 1000mm height according to positive and negative 6 direction of X,Y,Z. Each direction should test one time.

碰撞试验结束后,将样品电池从1000mm高处自由跌落于水泥地面上的18-20mm厚的硬木板上,从X,Y,Z正负六个方向每个方向1次.

Performance of overcharge protection

过充电保护性能
Batteries should be no explosion, no fire, no smoke or leakage
电池应不爆炸,不起火,不冒烟或漏液.
After the battery is fully charged, the battery should be loaded 8h with constant current source. The constant current source sets to 2 times nominal voltage and current sets 2CA.

电池完全充电结束后,用恒流恒压源给电池加载8h,恒流恒源设定为2倍标称电压,电流设定为2C5A

Performance of over-discharge protection

过放电保护性能
Batteries should be no explosion, no fire, no smoke or leakage.
电池应不爆炸,不起火,不冒烟或漏液.
Under the conditions of an ambient temperature 20±5℃,the battery discharge in the conditions of 0.2C5A until voltage is termination. And then, battery discharge 24h with connecting a 30Ωload resistance.

电池在环境温度20±5℃的条件下,以0.2C5A放电至终止电压后,外接30Ω负载电阻放电24h.

Performance of short-circuit protection
短路保护性能
Batteries should be no explosion, no fire, no smoke or leakage; batteries voltage is not less than N*3.6V after instantaneous charge.

电池应不爆炸,不起火,不冒烟或漏液;瞬时充电后电池电压不低于N*3.6V.
After battery is fully charge, positive and negative electrode should be circuit 1h with 0.1Ω.And,battery should be charged 5S instantaneous with 1C5A after positive and negative electrode are cut off.

电池完全充电后,将正负极用0.1Ω电阻短路1h,将正负极断开后,电池以1C5A电流瞬时充电5S.

The outside temperature of

不起火,不爆炸,电池外部温度不高于150℃.
Keep the connected electric couple battery in a fume hood and make positive and negative short circuit(the total resistance should be less than 50mΩ). Tester should monitor temperature changes. If the temperature of battery drops to about 10℃ lower than the max temperature, test is finished.

本项试验将接有电热偶的电池置于通风橱中,短路其正负极(线路总电阻不大于50mΩ),监视温度变化,当电池温度下降到比峰值低约10℃时,试验结束.

After 300 cycle，
Capacity ≥60%
The battery used for testing of cycle life should be charged with constant 0.5CA at constant temperature of 20℃±5℃.
The battery is charged with constant voltage till 20mA when it is charged to the limited voltage. Then discharge it with constant 0.5C5A till the end voltage after stop charging for 0.5-1h, repeat the next cycle. It means the discharging time less than 36min of two consecutive cycles while reaching its end of the life.

电池循环寿命试验应在20℃±5℃,以0.5CA充电,当电池端电压达到充电限制电压时,改为恒压充电,直到充电电流小于或等于20mA,停止充电搁置0.5h-1h,然后以0.5C5A电流放电至终止电压,放电结束后,搁置0.5-1h,再进行下一个循环,直至连续两次放电时间小于36min.则认为寿命终止.

Storage
贮存
Fully charge the battery ,which is new manufactured shorter than 3 months, with 0.2C,then discharge times less then 4 hours .

电池贮存3个月,经完全充电后,0.2C5A,放电时间不小于4h.
The storage test of battery should be selected a battery which is less than 3 month from production date to the date of experiment. Before storage, battery capacity should be full charged 40%~50% capacity, the ambient temperature is 20℃±5℃ and relative humidity is 45%-75%.After the storage expiration of battery, battery should be charged and discharged according to fully charged and discharged.

进行贮存试验的电池应选自生产日期到试验日期不足3个月的电池,电池贮存前应按完全充电的40%~50%的容量,在环境温度20℃±5℃,相对湿度45%-75%的环境中贮存贮存期满后,电池按完全充放电制进行充放电.

Danger 危险
To prevent battery from weeping, fever, exploding ,please obey the rules as follows:
为了防止电池漏液、发热、爆炸,请遵守以下防范事项：

Do not immerse the battery into the water or the sea, Guard against Damp;
不要将电池浸入水或海水中,注意防潮。

Do not approach the heat source, like fire or heater;
不要将电池接近热源,如火或发热器。

Please use the appointed charger when charging;
在充电时,请用指定的充电器。

Do not transposition the +.- poles of the battery to charge;

不要反接电池的+ -极进行充电。

Do not direct-connected the battery to alternating current power supply, or autoignition of the vehicle;
不要将电池直接连接在交流电源,或者车辆自动点火处。

Do not discard the battery to the fire or hyperpyretic objects;
不要将电池弃置于火里或高热的物体上。

Do not use the conductor to lead the short circuit of the + -poles of the battery. Do not put the battery with metallic conductors to transport or store, like necklace, hairpin and so on;
不要将电池的+ -极用导体短路、不要把电池和金属导体,如项链、发夹等一起运输或存储。

Do not beat or throw the battery;
不要敲打或丢抛电池。

Do not impale the battery with needle or some other sharp things, do not strike it with weight;
不要用针或其它锋利物刺穿电池,不要用重物击打电池。

As installed safety device in the battery, please do not resolve or change any other sections of the battery to protect the inherent safety functions;

电池内有安全装置,为了保证其固有的安全功能,请不要将电池分解开或改变任何的部份。
Warnings 警告
Do not put the battery to the microwave oven or pressure tank;
不要将电池放入微波炉或压力柜子里。

Do not use the battery with some chemical batteries (like dry battery) or different capacities and brands battery together, if the battery emits the smell, heat , changes color, be out of shape or appears any other abnormal phenomena during the charging or stored procedures, please get out the battery from the device or charger and stop using;
不要将电池与其它化学电池(像干电池)或不同容量、牌子的电池合用,若电发出气味、发热、变色、变形或者在使用充电、存储过程中,出现任何的不正常请立即从装置或充电器取出,停止使用。

If can not recharge within the charging period, please not continue charging;
指定充电时间内若不能再充电请不用继续充电。

Put the battery to where the kids can not touch, if the kids swallow the battery , please
seeing the doctor soon;
电池放于小孩不能触摸的地方,若小孩咽下电池,请立即就医。

If the electrolyte of the battery into the eyes, do not rub ,should wash the eyes first ,then see the doctor;
若电池电解质进入眼睛,切勿揉眼睛,先用清水冲洗眼睛后立即就医。
Announcements 注意事项
Do not put the battery under the high temperature places (like sunshine irradiation or car in the hot weather), or it will catch fire for the heat , reduce the performance and loss the life;
不要将电池放于高温处(如阳光直射或热天下汽车里)否则,会过热着火,性能降低和寿命缩短。

To insure the safety, the battery should install the safety device, please not use when
the static electricity is more than we need when produce, or the safety device will lose efficacy
and lead the overheating ,fracture, exploding and catching fire;
为确保安全,电池应安装安全装置,在静电强于制造时所要求的静电时请勿使用,否则,安全装置会失效,导致电池过热、破裂、爆炸及着火。
