1 Tell me about yourself.简要介绍你自己。
I am Eric. A senior undergraduate majoring in international economics and trade in Nanjing audit university. You know, I am not as intelligent as my outstanding academic performances illustrate, but fortunately, I always know my limitation and how to achieve my goal in a proper way. I am not an inborn lucky dog favored by everyone, but I can seize every precious opportunity to sharpen my skills and help others. Even to date, I am still afraid of rat and snake, but I never lose passion and confidence when facing a complex problem or challenge. Win for a team is my greatest motivation and play as a team is the best way to work. I really cherish this chance to show my shining points to you, but for me, honesty is the basic principle. 2 Why are you interested in this position? 你为什么对这份工作感兴趣？
Well, I should say I never made any serious decisions without rational analyses. After comparing the requirements of this position and company value with my characteristics, I believe it suits me best, not only could I exert my capabilities and skills, but contribute to the team and create values for P&G, that is the first and most important reason why I made such choice. Secondly, I have faith of the bright future of P&G as well as my personal development in such an excellent and mature enterprise. Last but not least, I was attracted by your comfortable working environment, competent teammates and systematical training.

3 What are your strengths? 谈谈你的优势？
Well, thank you for giving me a chance to market myself. I don’t want to repeat what has been stated in my resume. As a man who have rich experience serving in a team, though, sometimes as a team member, sometimes as the group leader. I do know that the success of a team does not rely on solely anyone, but everyone. Therefore, when playing the role of a team member, I would exchange my ideas with my fellows, giving my hand whenever they need; respect my leader yet keep independent thinking and advising right. However, when giving the chance of leading a group, I would do my utmost to stimulate the potential of everyone, maintain an efficient but friendly atmosphere, construct a platform for communication and think like a general. I suppose such advantages would help me succeed in any positions and win the favor of my supervisor and colleagues.

4 What is Your Biggest Weakness? 谈谈你最大的弱点是什么？
Actually, I have ever finished a test on personality, which shows that I am sort of a perfectionist, in the light of average person, by no means would this be a weakness, but for me, pursuing perfection tend to cost too much energy. I still have to learn how to make balance between perfection and efficiency.

5 Can you give me the highlights of your resume? 谈谈你的简历上有些什么值得特别关注的吗？
I’d like to talk about my extracurricular activities. Although it’s not uncommon to find this part in other candidates’ resume, my experience is sort of distinctive. Firstly, those activities I have taken part in require teamwork with no exception, and I did lead or join different groups and play vital roles, which tend to put me in a favorable position when facing any tasks that need cooperation or group discussion. Secondly, these activities have their natures respectively, and, thus sharpen my capabilities in different dimensions, for instance, debate forced me to thoroughly analyze all the possible tactics of my rival team and show our best instant reaction, logic thinking and humorous expression on the spot. So I should say few candidates would possess stronger comprehensive ability than me, even though he or she may be better in a certain facet.

6 Tell me how your friends/family would describe you? 如果向你的朋友或者家人询问，你认为他们怎样评价你？
An interesting question. To be honest, I never asked for comments from my friends or parents. But What I know is that, they respect and trust me, treat me friendly and frankly, willing to help me and accept my helping hand. Accordingly, I believe I am the one deserve their doing these.
7 What are your interests? 你有哪些兴趣爱好呢？Please give a brief summary of your current recreational and leisure activities, including sports and hobbies. What clubs and societies are you a member of and in what capacity? What community or students' clubs do you belong to and to what extent are you involved?
My interests include playing the go, listening to light music, reading novels and playing basketball. Besides that, I am a member of English club, which is one of the top ten student clubs in jiangsu province. I usually took part in its English corner, particularly when native speakers were invited to join us. However, because I served as the chairman of student union at the same time, it is sort of impossible for me to put too much energy and time into more clubs or communities. Any way, you can not have the cake and eat it.

8 What are your short and long term goals? 你对于短期和长期的目标是什么？
In short term, I mean over the following three years, I want to serve in an excellent and respectable corporation, dedicate myself into the success of a team and create values for my employer, meanwhile, sharpen my skills via a series of training and practices.
In long term, I would choose from either striving for being a successful manager or setting up my own business. To achieve this goal, I would apply for a MBA program and keep learning by myself during this procedure

9.Why did you choose your major? 你为什么选择这个专业？
As a matter of fact, unlike many other college students, I chose my major by myself instead of parents or any other experts’ advice. Firstly, I suppose that international economics and trade tend to cultivate my international outlook, which involves both classic principles in economics and the emerging traits in different fields. Secondly, as china had been a formal member of WTO and, judging from the astonishing economic performance since 1990s, I believe the foreign trading would stay hot. Last but not least, this major has a higher requirement on English skills, which is just one of my edges over other candidates.

Three of my prominent advantages are: analytical ability, teamwork experience and dynamic. For me, as a perfectionist tend to be my weakness.

Actually, the most important personal detail and experience of mine have been concisely listed in the resume. But there is one thing that I can not show you by words, that is the procedure I experienced to achieve all the results. Although many evaluation systems are result oriented, I am still concerned more about procedure, since no success can be copied without a reasonable and excellent procedure. And I often think about what lead an enterprise to succeed, capital, teamwork, leadership, yes all the above are critical. But only if we have excellent people and create an effective standard operation procedure, the success can be preserved and extended. I believe I will be an outstanding member of …if given the chance, but what is more important, I can learn from the procedure and perfect those details, such attitude tend to bring hugh blessing for the company as a whole.

12 Which book impressed you most and why? Which world leader inspired you most and why?
is one of my favorite books and impressed me a lot. From the lines of word, you can see the virtue and ugly corner of human nature as well as the changes happened to French society during that certain period. Referring to the world leader who inspired me most, well, I should say dengxiaoping tend to be the first choice, but I am not sure whether he would accept being called world leader. On the one hand, he contributed greatly to china through a series of reform and policy, when the nation needed him, he stand out and shoulder the responsibility. On the other hand, as an individual, his special experiences enlighten me in many dimensions. It is known to all that deng hit by several serious setback in his political career. However, he never lost his heart and belief to life. This man has enduring personality, outstanding intelligence, loyalty to his nation and intense sense of responsibility. He is not only a successful politest but the son of Chinese.

1 What motivates you to succeed? 你争取成功的动力是什么？
Undoubtedly, the most important driving force that motivates me to succeed is a clear and ambitious goal. Besides, the recognition of organizational value, support from an excellent partner or team and expected responsibility also push me to succeed.

In my opinion, learning skills, sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit and self motivation are all indispensable qualities to career success. As for …, however, I should say leadership skills and analytical ability are critical.

Well, from my resume you may find my outstanding academic performance and rich experience of extracurricular activities. Above all, the three-year college study cultivated my learning skills and world value. Then, I acquired terrific analytical ability and teamwork spirit from debate. Further more, as the group leader of business plan competition and chairman of student union, my leadership and sense of responsibility got sharpened. Anyway, as the saying goes, fishing is better than fish, I care more about the procedure of an event, instead of the result.

No problem! In February 2006, I founded a team named “North-Star” to take part in the “challenge cup” business plan competition in Jiangsu province. Although without the direct guide of experts like our rivals, we won the second-class prize in the finals as the youngest group among roughly 100 teams. Even to date, I am still proud of our problem-solving skills and terrific teamwork. Comparing with many other teams backed by professors from top-notch universities, our limited intellectual resources and financial support pushed us to an unfavorable position at the very beginning. Fortunately, nobody lost their heart and trust to me. I did every means to utilize handy resources, thoroughly analyzed specific talents of each team member and kept a pleasant atmosphere when we worked together. We had different yet creative ideas, excellent cooperation and strong determination, which are the true secrets that led us to conquer all the obstacles and finally succeed. I consider it the most honorable and unforgettable experience during my college life, because It was the first time for me to organize and lead a team, create and execute a systematical plan, what is more important, win an unexpected satisfactory result as well as the respect from our rivals.

5 Have you ever been asked to do something unethical? If yes, how did you handle it? 曾经有人要求你去做一些不道德的事情吗？如果有，你是怎么处理的呢？
Yes! There was more than one guy that had asked me to help him cheat in examinations, via sending the correct answers by cell phone. In my opinion, it is not fair for other students and tends to bring unexpected result for him. Obeying the norms is my principle. So, my strategy was turn off my cell phone and left it in my dorm. Then, I would check the short messages after examinations and offered to help my classmate solve the puzzle if he wished. You know, it is generally ineffective to emphasize the possible serious punishments of cheating, thus, I prefer to tell them the wise and correct action, which always win their understanding

6 What do you do if you totally disagree with a request made by your manager? 如果你完全不同意你上司的某个要求，你怎么处理？
Above all, I would show my respect to my manager when he or she made such request, particularly in the public. Then, I will try to find a proper opportunity, I mean when my manager is free from urging and heavy load cases, to communicate with him and exchange our opinions, you know there might be two possible outcomes, one is my manager accepted my suggestion and made specific adjustments, the other one is my manager insist in his request, under such circumstance, I will do as requested and record the procedure of each step.(no matter what the result would be, it is an asset for the company as a whole)

1When in a group setting, what is your typical role?" 你在团队中通常的作用是什么？
It depends. During the group settings I have been involved in, I typically played the role of team leader, cause I am the top one in the circle and I can motivate them to succeed. But, at the same time, I did realize that who should serve as group leader is determined by the specific case and overall benefit of the whole group, so I believe I could be an excellent team member as well. The key point does not lie in whether I am elected to lead the team, but whether I can exert my advantages in a proper position.

2Compared to other people in general, how would you rate your leadership ability? Please briefly explain in the space provided why you chose that answer.
I suppose my leadership ability belong to the top 10%. Firstly, I hold that no one can be born with leadership skills. It relies on education and rich experience, from my resume you may find that I have served as chairman of student union and group leader of business plan competition, compared with many others, I have more opportunity and bigger platform to exert my great ideas, communicate with people with different background and cultivate my leadership ability. Secondly, in my opinion, leadership is a reflection of comprehensive capability, not only should you know how to manage a team and lead them to succeed, but have to master the tactics to motivate
