25、e fracture of specimen by using rupture test method ,meeting the requirements of AWS.A5.18. 七、焊丝镀铜厚度及表面质量 The thickness and quality of copper-plating weld wire Φ1.6 mm、Φ0.8 mm焊丝镀层分别为0.04mm和0.03mm,焊丝表面质量光滑平整,无毛刺、划痕、锈蚀和氧化等。缠绕法检测表明:两种规格焊丝表面均未出现起鳞与剥离现象,符合GB/T8110-2008要求。 The plating of wire with 1.6
26、 mm、0.8 mm in diameter is 0.04mm and 0.03mm respectively ,whose surface is smooth with no burs ,scratches as well as without being tarnished and oxygenized. The method of winding on drum shows that obvious signs of delamination never be present on the surface of weld wires with two different specifi
27、cations ,satisfying the requirement of GB/T8110-2008 八、试验结论: test results: 宜兴金兴焊接材料有限公司生产的JXQ50-6 CO2气体保护焊丝,按照国标GB/T8110-2008及美国焊接协会“气体保护电弧焊用碳钢焊丝” AWS.A5.18的要求进行验证试验 ,结论如下: JXQ50-6” CO2 gas shielded welding wires manufactured by GB/T8110-2008 and AWS.A5.18 in “Welding electrodes and rods for g
28、as shielding arc welding of carbon “ formulated by American welding society . In the end ,conclusions have been made as below: 1、 熔敷金属力学性能达到美国AWS.A5.18的3YSA级。 2、 平、立、仰、横焊对接接头,力学性能均达到美国AWS.A5.18的3YSA级。 3、 角焊接头焊缝截面没有裂纹、气孔、平渣、断面熔合良好,无裂纹和疏松等缺陷:最高硬度值(HV10)小于350,符合美国AWS.A5.18的要求。 1. Mechanical prop
