第一阶段：时间：7.2~7.6（5天）——攻克Argument
任务：①每天两篇A，两格I 写1.5小时，修改3小时
②过题目，记清谬误，top200必须过，尽量全部过完，top100要熟练，每天30个题目，3小时或更多
③整理谬误模板和例子
成果：5天以后可以完成10篇I，题目熟练，以后每天抽时间时间巩固，这个部分要保证得分，不能疏忽。
第二阶段：时间：7.7~7.17(11天)——攻克Issue部分
任务：①每天2篇I，写+修改------------------------3 hours
②每天10个提纲，论点明确，例子恰当。大约5 hours
③巩固A部分--------------------------------------------2hours
④整理例子------------------------------------------------2hours
⑤读文章（根据自己的情况，读北美范文or自己搜到的大陆五分以上的文章，看结构的同时重点积累里面的例子和每段中心句表达方式）-----------2hours
成果：11天后完成11篇issue文章，110个高频提纲，重点是前100。A更加熟练，例子准备的比较充分。
第三阶段：时间：7.18~7.27（模拟阶段）越早模拟，越能发现问题
任务：①每天坚持按自己考试时间模拟一次--------------------2hours
②修改当天模拟文章，3hours
③看以前写过的文章，1-2hours
④过题目---------------5hours
⑤高频提纲记熟谬误记清楚。1-2hours
成果：10个I，10个A
整体：写过21个I，20个A，提纲熟练，谬误熟练！

By the comparison of the average patient stay, the cure rate, the employee-patient ratio and the number of complaint of the smaller, nonprofit hospital in the town Saluda and the larger, for-profit one in the city Megavile, the author of the feature story asserts that the cost and the quality of the treatment in smaller, nonprofit hospital are better than those in larger, for profit hospitals.

Firstly, the evidence the author cites cannot prove the cost and quality of treatment in Saluda hospital is better than those in Megaville hospital. To begin with, the less average patient stay in Saluda cannot indicate the less cost, it is possible that the per-day expense is higher than that of Megavile. And the high cure rate is not good indication to good cure quality. Perhaps the patient cured in Saluda hospital suffers from easier cure illness, while that in Megavile hospital suffering from serious one. In addition high ratio of employee and patient in Saluda hospital might be explained for poor efficiency and less competence of the employees, while those of Megaville hospital are more effective and competent ones. Moreover, the few complaints can be account for Saluda hospital has no or poor service evaluation procedure, while Megaville hospital encourage patients to complaint with their service in order to improve their quality of treatment. The patient who wants to go to hospital should consider this possibility rather than the author's statistics.

Second, the author fails to inform us about the general physical conidtions, the demographics and other available hospitals in the two place.s It is possible that the residents in the town Saluda have better physical conditions in general than those of Megaville. Moreover, perhaps in the town Saluda are more youngsters who are not prone to have illness, while in Megaville most people are the elder or other ones who are vulnerable to sickness. In addition, perhaps there are more other hospital in Saluda than those in Megeville, which maybe account for the higher employee-patient ratio in Saluda hospital. In short, the patient should consider whether the Saluda hospital's treatment quality is better than that in Megaville hospital.

Finally, even if both the treatment and the cost in Saluda hospital are better than those of Megaville, the author unjustly generalize that all other places have the same conditions. It is possible that other place have reverse trend.

To sum up, the author fails to substantiate that the cost and quality in Saluda hospital are better than those of Megeville hospital, and the condition will be similar in other place. When patients consider which hospital, they should consider more elements rather than the scale and the nonprofit or for-profit of the hospital.
