2.工程概况
新建大理～丽江铁路第5标段起讫里程为DK51＋600～D1K61＋850，线路全长10.25km。沿线路方向有江尾――大磨坪――大丽公路的乡村道路、原邓黄公路独木桥～青花坪段、地方政府与村民集资修建的大丽公路通碧花园段乡村公路等，整修后可作为大临便道的一部分。DK52＋700～DK53＋000段切断江尾――大磨坪――大丽公路的乡村道路，为不影响地方及施工车辆的通行，该段需绕行。
根据总体安排，于D1K53＋400左侧设置上关站施工营地；于大磨坪隧道入口设置大磨坪隧道施工场地及施工营地；于禾洛山隧道的入口设置禾洛山隧道入口施工场地及施工营地；于禾洛山隧道的出口左侧设置禾洛山隧道出口施工组。整修或新建大临便道至施工场地或营地。
3.新建大临便道技术标准

4.施工方案

本标段内需拓宽整修的道路如下：
江尾――大磨坪――大丽公路的乡村道路2.617km；通碧花园的乡村道路2.108km；原邓黄公路独木桥～青花坪段3.4km。

7.施工工期
便道新建及整修拟自2004年12月8日开工，2004年12月14日完工。涵洞的新建及改建拟自2004年12月8日开工，2004年12月22日完工。水沟拟自2004年12月8日开工，2005年1月7日完工。便道养护维修27个月。
8.安全、质量及环保措施
严格按照《安全生产法》及施工规范组织施工，不发生人身伤亡事故、交通肇事、机具伤人事故。
汽车司机班中不得饮酒，不疲劳驾驶，杜绝汽车肇事。
在新建便道的两侧严格按要求施做防护栏杆，不得省略，以防发生人畜伤亡事故。
严格按照《公路路面工程施工规范》、《公路桥涵施工规范》、《公路基层施工规范》及相应的公路工程验收标准组织施工，确保所施工的大临工程满足验收标准要求。
便道填方段严格控制填土厚度及压实密度，确保建成的路面不沉不裂。
