一、 前 言
《设计任务书》是项目设计的指导和依据，其内容主要包括项目设计的任务来源、设计原则和设计依据、该车型的用途、整车主要设计参数、项目规划等。
二、任务来源
根据公司产品规划开发A项目，设计开发A0扩展车型（短轴低顶9座乘用车）产品。
三、设计原则
1. 新车型突出安全舒适的产品特色和动感、时尚，外型流畅、协调性好的特点，整车外造型风格在原有标杆车的基础上对整车前部、后部进行重新造型，与其相关的侧围后边界部位进行适当调整，以达到和谐、完整的效果。仪表板造型风格简洁、紧凑、流畅，不但体现了商用车的大气，也表达出了乘用车造型的时尚。由于轴距和车身长度的变化，座椅布置进行了相应调整，内饰的色调进行优化设计，最终形成A0车型的独特的造型风格。
2. 新车型的底盘系统参考标杆车，并优先考虑选用目前供应商现有产品，另外对于有知识产权保护的独特结构，要考虑更改其结构，以回避知识产权的问题。
3. 由于更换动力总成，需要进行动力总成及其附件的匹配计算设计。
4. 新车型的车身结构主要参考标杆车，对于其材料以及焊接手段原则上保持不变，以确保车身的结构刚度以及安全性。原则上车身刚度和安全性能不低于标杆车。
5. 新车型的电气系统则考虑国内的成熟产品，必要时进行重新开发。
6. 新车型应满足公司现有的制造条件的要求，考虑通用化，系列化。
7. 新车型在产品的生命周期内应符合市场的要求、相关法律法规的要求。
8.新车型的设计必须满足国家标准和行业的标准的要求，同时应尽力满足ECE法规的要求。
9.车身防腐蚀要求： 整车车身电泳，汽车正常使用10年内无锈穿现象。
10.整车质量要求：整车平均首次故障里程：≥12000km；平均故障间隔里程：≥10000km；首次大修里程≥50万km；整车使用寿命≥80万km。
