Objectives： At the end of this session reservations sales agent will know how to handle the special requests and trace function.
目的: 在课程结束的时候预订部销售文员应懂得如何处理特殊要求及跟踪
服务

Standard ： All guest requests will be entered accurately at the time of the reservation to ensure a smooth communication to the necessary departments. Reservations will follow up traces for reservations on the associated dates.

标准: 在 预 定 时 客 人 的 所 有 要 求 将 被 正 确 记 录 下 来 以 确保 相应 的 信 息 被 传 至 所 需 的 部 门 。 在 以 后 相应的 日期预 定 部 将 跟 踪 这 些 预 定 并 实 行 。

处理特殊要求的程序和跟踪服务程序。

Show steps on prepared flipchart. Explain reason for each step. Ask trainees to comment and question on each step.
将所有程序的主要内容事先写在准备好的白板纸上，逐步作以讲解，在讲解过程中要不时请学员发表建议并提问。

Demonstrate in Oprea how to set up special request code in reservation screen and guest profile and how to set up trace. Show each step, After demonstration. Refer back to flipchart and review / discuss each step.
在Oprea中展示如何设置特殊要求密码及如何设置跟踪留言，讲解步骤，作展示之后，回顾白板纸上的内容，并讨论每一个步骤。
