Objectives: the course provides cross knowledge of Fundamental Modern Management Theories and Computing Sience in Practice, students need to grasping core information of system analysis and information sysytem; the ability of putting the knowledge in practical applications is a emphasis. After graduation, students will be able to work in different level of management departments in government or business enterprises and financial institutes, also will be able to work in some certain sientific organizations to analys, evaluate and manage the information system as specialists in the field.
Requirements: the course provide studies of economy, management, evaluation methods, management of information resourses, fundamental theories and knowledge of computing & information system, accept basic trainning of information design and information management, students need to equip evaluation & problem-solving ability based on learning knowledge.
Graduate students need to:
1. fully understand fundamental knowledge of information system & information management;
2. fully understand evaluation of information system, system design and how to use the knowledgement in practical applications;

信息管理与信息系统简介及学习心得

培养目标：本专业培养具备现代管理学理论基础、计算机科学技术知识及应用能力，掌握系统思想和信息系统分析与设计方法以及信息管理等方面的知识与能力，能在国家各级管理部门、工商企业、金融机构、科研单位等部门从事信息管理以及信息系统分析、设计、实施管理和评价等方面的高级专门人才。
培养要求：本专业学生主要学习经济、管理、数量分析方法、信息资源管理、计算机及信息系统方面的基本理论和基本知识，受到系统和设计方法以及信息管理方法的基本训练，具备综合运用所学知识分析和解决问题的基本能力。
毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：
l．掌握信息管理和信息系统的基本理论基本知识；
2．掌握管理信息系统的分析方法、设计方法和实现技术；
3．具有信息组织、分析研究、传播与开发利用的基本能力；
4．具有综合运用所学知识分析和解决问题的基本能力；
5．了解本专业相关领域的发展动态；
6．掌握文献检索、资料查询、收集的基本方法，具有一定的科研和实际工作能力。
主干学科：管理学经济学、计算机科学与技术。
主要课程：经济学、会计学、市场营销学、生产与运作管理、组织战略与行为学、管理学原理、应用数理统计、运筹学、计算机系统与系统软件、数据结构与数据库等。
主要实践性教学环节：程序设计实习、管理实习、管理软件实习、毕业设计等。一般安排18周，其中毕业设计不少于12周。
人说，“走进大学就一只脚踏进了社会”，这句话没说错。上大学之前，我们有三分之二的时间在学校认真学习科学知识，缺乏自理能力，不懂人情世故。而上了大学之后，不仅要学习，还要管理好自己的生活、处理好与同学、老师的关系。所有这些都不是老师和爸妈能教会的，要靠自己在日常生活中不断的学习和总结经验教训。
在大学里，有些人刻苦专研专业知识，希望将来在专业方面有所突破或能继续深造；有些人则在学好功课的基础上，发现了自己某方面的潜力，比如：较强的社交能力、体育比较好等。而大学这样一个宽松的环境正为他们提供了一个实现自我的舞台。因此，在大学里，我们不仅可以更深入的学习科学知识，还可以在业余时间挖掘自身的潜力和增强自身的特长。
但不管将来你从事什么工作，首先要学好英语和用好计算机，这是形势所迫，也是现实。随着现代化步伐的加快，计算机已经成为我们进行各项工作的主要工具，而学好英语是用好计算机的基础，以后走上工作岗位，不会英语和计算机，我们将寸步难行。
但有很多同学说，英语很难学，就是学不好。其实并不是不能学好，我认为没有学不会的东西，除非你不去努力或方法不对。说句实在话，学语言确实是一件比较困难的事，尤其是在一个没有相关语言环境的情况下去学。因为学语言包括听，说，读，写四个方面，要想做到这四个方面都强确实不容易。但我们可以先掌握好基础知识，再根据自己以后的发展方向决定在哪个方面进行提高。比如，你决定以后从事软件开发的工作，那你可以多看看这方面的英文版的书籍。
可是，尽管英语是如此的难学，很多同学还是不以为然。许多同学进入大学后就想着如何去玩，觉得初中、高中这六年憋得实在不行了。可是放松也要有限度，不能荒废了学业，难道辛辛苦苦考上大学就是来玩的吗？因此，当我们在享受大学生活给我们带来新鲜和刺激时，不要忘了花点时间去读读单词，看看英语文章。把英语学习当成一种乐趣，而不仅仅是应付学校的考试和通过四六级。
其次，就要说到计算机知识的学习了，对于我们信息管理专业来说，计算机就是我们谋生的工具。首先，我们应学会最基本的使用电脑的操作，如开机、关机、软件的安装、office的使用、电脑的日常维护等。此外，随着科学技术的日新月异的发展，网络在人们的生活中起着越来越重要的作用，不管是日常生活、交友、娱乐还是工作，人们越来越依赖于网络。因此我们还要学会上网，学会利用网络资源来学习、交友、传播信息。
而现实生活中，电脑不仅可以用来看电视、电影、上网、聊天，还可以用来实现网上交易，进行组织内部活动的控制。现在，电脑、互联网已深入到生产、生活的方方面面了，人们的生产、生活已经不能离开电脑了。而我们以后的工作就是编写相应的程序，为人们的生产、生活提供方便。而学习编程，最基础的就是学会各种计算机语言，我们专业就是学好C语言。我们要学的不仅是C语言本身，还要通过学习C语言弄清楚计算机语言所包含的内容。语言是相通的，通过学习C语言，我们就应该知道学一种语言包括学它的数据类型、运算符、流程控制等等。学会了一种语言，我们就可以再自学其他语言。每一种语言都有其自身的特点，我们必须区分各种语言，抓住每种语言的精华，这样才能掌握多种语言。这不仅有助于现在的学习，对将来找工作也有很大的帮助。
要强调的一点是，学语言不仅仅是看书，还要将课本上的例题输入到电脑上运行、调试，并进行各种变换，比较运行结果。这不仅有助于提高我们的动手能力，还能加深我们对课本内容的理解。所以，学习计算机语言就要多操作，不断实践，不断加强自己的理论知识。计算机语言以及软件设计是一个发展较为迅速的领域，所以我们必须多看杂志、多上网查看资料，这样，我们才能既把握基础知识，又能学习新知识，紧跟时代步伐。
但是，学好了英语和计算机并不能就说能走遍天下了，还要学好相关的专业基础课。因为，计算机并不独立于生活，它现在已经关系到人们生活的各个方面了。而我们如果不去学习有关这些方面的知识，如统计、会计、运筹、业务流程，就很难写出人性化，符合、反映实际情况的应用程序。
举个例子，现在我们要放一个工业企业的ERP软件，至少要三个大模块：财务、生产、管理。其中财务模块中要用到会计方面的知识，生产模块要用到工业企业流程的知识，管理模块要用到管理方面的知识。如果我们不去学习好这些知识，根本无从下手。因此，学习时千万不能觉得这些课程与专业没有很大关系就不好好学。相反，学好这些课程，对于我们编写程序很有帮助，而即使以后我们不从事软件这一行业，也是有益无弊的。
总之，学校为我们设置的课程是要达到一定的目的的，只要我们认真、用心学好各门功课，总会有所收获的。
大学是人人心中向往的象牙塔，可是这里不会成为每个人生命中的象牙塔。有些人在这里发奋图强，也有些人在这里醉生梦死。但，如果你有一个明确的学习目标，坚定的决心，就一定会成功地实现目标。相信，心有多大，舞台就有多大。
