14、INATION OF PRODUCT Visual inspection and dimensional examination in compliance with applicable specifications and documents were performed. The test samples shall be free from defects such as damage, creep, deformation, blister and burrs that are detrimental to the functions and appearances of test

15、 samples. 外观检验 目视检查和尺寸的检验依照已实施之规范及文件做其检验内容。测验样品不应有影响功能性及外观不良等缺陷,如损害、潜变、变形、水泡和毛边等问题。 4-2 CONTACT RESISTANCE The test was performed in accordance with EIA-364-23. Open circuit voltage is 20 mV maximum and test current is 100 mA maximum level contact resistance requirement is 40 mΩ (resistance of

16、termination wires shall be deducted from the reading) for initial samples, I.e., samples have not been subjected to any environmental test, and is 80 mΩ for environmentally stressed samples.. 接触阻抗 此测试依据EIA-364-23.来执行检测。测试电压是20 mV最大值并且测验电流是 100 mA最大值初始样品最大接触阻抗为40 mΩ (线材的阻抗值应从所得到的电阻值中扣除)样品经过环境的测试最大接

17、触阻抗为80 mΩ。 4-3 INSULATION RESISTANCE Insulation resistance was measured between adjacent contacts after applying 500 VDC for 1 minute. The test was performed in accordance with EIA-364-21. Minimum insulation resistance requirement is 100 MΩ for initial samples. 绝缘阻抗 绝缘阻抗为相接连之端子经由500 VDC通过一分钟后,所量

18、测之值。此测试依据EIA-364-21来执行检测。样品未受任何环境测验,最小绝缘体阻抗需求对于初始样品为100 MΩ。 4-4 DIELECTRIC WITHSTANDING VOLTAGE A 500 VAC was applied between two adjacent contacts of the test samples for 1 minute. While applying the voltage, the leakage current was monitored and shall be less than 0.5 mA. The test was performed

19、in accordance with EIA-364-20. 耐电压 相接连之端子经由一 500 VAC流电通过一分钟。在通过电压时,漏电电流应小于0.5 mA。此测试依据EIA-364-20.来执行检测。 4-5 TEMPERATURE RISING Contact series-wired, apply test current of loaded rating current to the circuit, and measure the temperature rising by probing on soldered area of contacts. After the t

20、emperature becomes stabilized deduct ambient temperature from the measured value. 温升 连续接触连线,适用对电路测试装载电流,通过在接触的焊接区域量测所提升温度,当温度变的稳定以后,从测量的温度数值中扣除环境温度。 4-6 VIBRATION The test was performed in accordance with EIA-364-28B. Mated samples were subjected to vibration test per axis. Test duration for eac

21、h axis was 2 hours (total of 6 hours). The test current was 100 mA for all contacts, which were wired in series and attached to an electrical discontinuity monitor. Throughout the test, electrical discontinuity of 1 microsecond or longer shall not be allowed. 振动 此测试依据EIA-364-28 来执行检测。将公母配合的连接器受每轴心

Mated samples were subjected to 6 shocks per axis (total of 18 shocks) complied with half-sine waveform which had a 3

23、0G peak level and a normal duration of 11 milliseconds. The test current was 100 mA for all contacts, which were wired in series and attached to an electrical discontinuity monitor. Throughout the test, electrical discontinuity of 1 microsecond or longer shall not be allowed 机械冲击 依据EIA-364-27来执行检测

24、紧配的样品以30g’s、半正旋波、11毫秒以及各轴向经过六次的冲击(总共18次)。针对每一端子通过100 mA的检测电流,且每一端子需接一串接电路至一电子不连续性监视器。经由测试,一微秒或者更长的电不连续性将不被允许。 4-8 TERMINAL RETENTION FORCE The contact retention force was the peak force measured while the contact of connector was pulled out from the insulator housing of the connector perpendicula

25、rly. Upon completion of the test, the contact retention force shall exceed 0.3kgf. 端子保持力 当连接器端子从塑料垂直地被拔出后,端子保持力为量测到的最大值数据。当测验的完成时, 端子保持力量应超过0.3kgf。 4-9 MATING&UNMATING FORCE The test was performed in accordance with EIA-364-13. The mating force & unmating force was the peak force measured while

26、the plug and receptacle samples were mated normally. 插入&拔出力 此测试依据EIA-364-13来执行检测。插入力为样品公母端在正常地插入后所量测到的最大值。 4-10 DURABILITY The test was performed in accordance with EIA-364-09. Test samples were subjected to fully mating and unmating for a predetermined number of cycles. (The durability

28、 The test was performed in accordance with EIA-364-32B. Mated connectors were subjected to 5 thermal shock cycles. During each cycle temperature was varied from -55±2℃ to +85±2℃ for a duration of 30 minutes at each limit, and the transition time was 5 minutes maximum between extreme temperatures. 热

Upon completion of the test, there shall be no evidence of physical damage, and samples shall pass the requirement of specific electrical test(s). 高温寿命 将测试样品暴露在80±2℃温度中经过500小时。当测验的完成时,

33、 样品无物理性的损害, 且样品应通过电气性能测验规范的需求。 4-15 TEMPERATURE LIFE COLD Mated samples were exposed to -40±2℃ temperature for 500 hours. Upon completion of the test, there shall be no evidence of physical damage, and samples shall pass the requirement of specific electrical test(s). 耐寒试验 将测试样品暴露在-40±2℃温度中经过500

34、小时。当测验的完成时, 样品无物理性的损害, 且样品应通过电气性能测验规范的需求。 4-16 SALT SPRAY The test was performed in accordance with EIA-364-26. Test sample were subjected to a fine mist of salt solution. The salt solution was made of 5±1% salt and 95% distilled water by weight. After the exposure, the samples were washed or dipp

35、ed in running water of temperature lower than 37.8℃,and then air dried at 38℃for 1hours. 盐水喷雾 此试验依据EIA-364-26来执行检测。将测验样品置于一适当的盐水溶液薄雾中。盐水溶液以5±1%的盐和95%的蒸馏水制成。测验样品暴露在35℃和5±1%浓度盐水环境中,进行48小时的测试,测试后,以低于37.8℃的水清洗样品在放置于38℃的干燥空气中一小时。 4-17 H2S GAS Mated samples were exposed to 40℃ temperature H2S gas 3ppm

Upon completion of the test, there shall be no evidence of physical damage, and samples shall pass the requirement of specific electrical test(s), the samples were washed or dipped in running water of temperature lower than 37.8℃, and then air dried at 38℃ for 1hours

38、l pass the requirement of specific electrical thes(s), the samples were washed or dipped in running water of temperature lower than 37.8℃, and then air dried at 38℃for 1 hours. 氨气测试 将测试样品暴露在氨气浓度28%,经过40分钟。当测验完成时,以低于37.8℃的水清洗样品再放置于38℃的干燥空气中1小时,检查样品无物理性的损害,且样品应通过电气性能测验规范的需求。 4-19 CONTACT SOLDER ABI

39、LITY Dip solder-tails into the molten solder(held at 230±5℃)up to 0.5mm from the tip of tails for 3±0.5 sec. after test, the requirement:95% immersed area must show no voids, pin holes. 沾锡性 将距离端子焊脚顶端0.5mm处部位浸入温度为230±2℃的锡炉中3±0.5秒。测试完成后,沾锡面积应大于浸入锡炉中整个端子焊脚面积的95%。 4-20 RESISTANCE TO SOLDERIN
