1、001：CNG长管拖车/ CNG Long-tube Trailer CNG长管拖车是储存、运输CNG的专用车，它的设计、制造、检验及验收完全符合GB7258-2004《机动车运行安全技术条件》，JB4185-1986《半挂车通用技术条件》及企业标准Q/02ZYT001-2006《长管拖车》，具有储存容量大、运输效率高、运载方便的优点。 CNG长管拖车主要由半挂车、框架、大容积无缝钢瓶、前端安全仓、后端操作仓五大部分组成，大容积无缝钢瓶两端瓶口均加工内外螺纹，两端外螺纹与安装法兰用螺纹连接，将安装法兰用螺栓固定在框架两端的前后支撑板上；瓶口内螺纹上旋紧端塞，在端塞上连接管件，前端设有爆

Its design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance should fully accord with the following standards: GB7258-2004《Motor Vehicle Run Safety Technical Specification》, JB4185-1986《Trailer General Technical Specification》 and enterprise standard Q/02ZYT001-2006《Long-tube Trailer
4、》. It has the merits of large storage capacity, high transportation efficiency and easy conveyance. CNG long-tube trailer mainly consists of five parts: trailer, framework, large-cubage seamless steel cylinders, fore safety cabin and back operation cabin. Both ends of the large-cubage seamless stee
5、l cylinder have machined outside and inside screw threads. The outside screw threads of both ends connect with the setting flanges. The setting flange is fixed on the supporting plates of both ends of framework by bolts. Screw the end plugs into the inside threads of the cylinder mouth. Connect tube
6、 fittings with the end plugs. There set burst disks on the fore cabin, forming safety cabin. There set inlet and outlet tubes, blowdown tubes, thermometer, pressure gauge, quick-connect joint and burst disks fitting on back cabin, forming operation cabin.
