张、郭 : Boys and girls, and my dear teachers,Good afternoon.
郭: we are very happy to gather here to hold the fifth English festival “English poems speech contest ”. British poet, Shelley once said that a great poem is a fountain forever overflowing with the waters of wisdom and delight.
张: This activity gives us the chance to show our talents of speaking English, as well as raising interest in learning English, especially oral English. And it also provides us with a stage where we speak Englsih.
郭: Now it's time for us to have performances. For this English festival, all the classes have made careful preparations. There are all together 12 performers to compete in this activity from Senior Two students. So I'm sure we'll be able to enjoy many excellent poems this afternoon.
张: First of all, we are honored to introduce our judges who are invited

郭: Now let's give them warm applauses. And All of the performers have finished their work; now let’s have a short break. While waiting for the final results. Do you want some music? Let enjoy a song by 高静雅 from class 1. Welcome!
