1、船务部安全工作指引 (Shipping Depart. Working Instruction) 1. 目的 本程序的目的是确保我公司在进行成品运输过程中,遵守美国海关C-TAPAT(海关贸易一伙伴防恐)安全指导,以便在美国以外的运输海关结关不会推迟,或由于窃或恐岂怖分子使用以上的环节作为送违禁物品进入美国的运输工具。 2. 范围 本措施适用于源生产商,仓库人员及运输过程。 3. 职责 货仓管理员负责对运输车辆及转载货物资料的核对。 4. 参考文件 C-TPAT美国海关-贸易伙伴防止恐怖安全指导。 5. 程序 5.1 货物运输安排: 5.1.1 船务部收到客户发出的生产
2、订单《加单纸》,负责将生产订单资料俦送到采购部,并确认客户所订定或允许的落货日期。 5.1.2 在与客户及采购确认实际落货期后,将要落货的数理,体积,到达地点等资料送给船运公司,船运公司根据落货资料制作《落货纸》编号,安排托运船名,运输商等资料反给船务部。并由船运公司发出《落货纸》编号,安排托运船名,运输商安排运输事宜。 5.1.3 船务部在收到船运公司资料后,将《落货纸》编号,安排托运船名,运输商等资料传送给生产现场货仓采购等相关部门,并有责任与船运公司,运输商及生产长的采购,货仓等部门沟通,确保货物是否在符合条件下的正常出镜。 5.1.4 运输商将根据落货日期安排运输车辆凭《落货纸》
3、和《出货通知书》到生产厂货仓部进行装载工作。 5.1.5 货仓部负责核对运输商所携的资料决定装载货物。 5.1.6 货物装载好后,由货仓部填写《报送单》及《托运单》资料并签名发送运输,运输商司机对该批货物无疑后于《托运单》上签名确认,即代表交会托运成功。由货仓将转载货物资料传真给船务部。 6. 记录 6.1 《加单纸》 6.2 《出货通知书》 6.3 《落货纸》 6.4 《托运单》 Shipping Depart. Working Instruction) 1. Objective This procedure aims to ensure that I
