4、 OF THE CONNECTIONS The design is carried out by the piping contractor. 2.1 Study of the Routing - The study must be started upon completion of the piping lay-out. It allows : - defining the orientation of the nozzles on the column sections and the casing penetration areas, - -selecting the

5、 general option for the routing of the tubes and cables, - -grouping the instrumentation nozzles - -in the special case of tubing for liquid analysis with capillary tube, provide a distance of < or = 1000 between the nozzle and the casing wall, if possible (see GR.350.61 mounting 11A). 2.2 C

6、ollective Routing Principle - The tubes and cables are preferably placed on the inside of the casing wall forming a strand which is held by a stainless steel clip, and come out at the lowest point possible (see chapter 2.3). The routing is traced on a main piping drawing, taking into consideration

7、the following points : - the areas of grouped nozzles, - inspection doors in the casing and ladders on the inside, - casing penetrations. 2.3 Routing for connections and casing penetrations. 3 EXECUTION OF THE CONNECTIONS 3.1 Routing The routing of the tubes and cables consists o

8、f : - an individual routing between the nozzle and the casing, - a possible individual routing up to the collective routing, - a collective routing en botte. 3.2 Supports of collective routing Tubes will be installed in cable way or UPN100 steel structure 200 mm length, situated at the level

9、 of the cold box horizontal beams. Quantity will be choosen in accordance with the number of connections. Positionning of the tubes inside these supports will be by means of: - SS collar 10 mm wide, in case of cable ways, - cabon steel flaf welded on the steel structure UPN in the other cases.

10、 3.3 Supports and Individual Protection The tubes and cables leading to the casing may be provided with: - a support depending on the distance general case (see appendix 2), special case of liquid analysis with capillary tube (see appendix 3) - protection with an angle iron for great distanc

11、es, special case of liquid analysis with capillary tube (see appendix 4) - protection with the piping when a probe is concerned (see appendix 5). This cable is preferably fastened to the piping carrying the probe or to a nearby pipe, but care must be taken to provide flexibility. When one part of

12、the cable can not be protected by the piping, provide partial protection with angle iron 3.4 Material for the Connections Unless otherwise specified on the contract, the supply is distributed as follows : - Air Spc : tubes and cabled probes - Piping contractor : supporting and protecting mater

13、ial, cable support systems, identification discs (see AL-standard GR.301.01). The material of the different types of tubes and cables is defined according to the erection drawings set up for the relevant jobs. 4 ANNEXES 4.1 Annex 1 : Routing without support for span 400 ≤ L ≤ 1500 (Gene
