23、grass cutter Materials: For water-drought farmland, ground, small bush, thin bamboo, fence 手 锯 锯片使用前注意事项 1、机器状态良好，主轴无变形、振动，轴径公差为h7，使用时要安装保护罩； 2、操作者应具备操作所必要的知识并配备保护目镜，注意领带及袖口，不能带手套，长发要戴工作帽； 3、检查锯齿有无缺损、脱落，异常磨损及锯盘弯曲、扭曲破裂等异常现象； 4、安装时要保证锯片回转方向与机器主轴回转方向一致； 5、
24、安装时要确认所选锯片适合于被切削材料的转速、进给量（按文中推荐，先选切削速度、每齿进给量再按锯片直径齿数计算转速和每分钟进给量）； 6、每次安装法兰盘都要保证法兰盘表面平整干净、互相平行与轴线垂直、大小要一致、法兰盘最小直径是锯片直径的1/3，垫圈应垂直； 7、安装时锯片要高出板材高度至少等于锯齿高度； 8、横截时、同时切割的齿至少3齿，否则锯片会摇摆； 9、使用时被切割材料应固定，发现声音和振动异常、切断面粗糙、弯曲时应停止作业，及时检查，排除故障。 10、当锯片不锋利及切断面粗糙时，必须及时进行再研磨，再研磨时不能改变原角度，必须给可信赖的专门厂家进行修磨； 11、对圆锯片包装和拆包装的操

27、 in accordance with the main spindle. 5. When install, check the rotate speed and load of the machine that is fit for the materials. 6. Always keep spacers and flanges clean. Also check tolerances on diameters, sides and concentricity by using a clock gauge. The flanges used to secure the blade must
28、 be of the same diameter, at least 1/3 the diameter of the blades. The spacers must be perfectly parallet (see 1.2). 7. When install, the height of the blade should be higher than that of the panel, at least, equal to the height of the tooth.(see 4) 8. When crosscutting, make sure the tips are more
29、or less 3 teeth, or the b lades will shake.(see 5) 9. When working, the materials must be fixed tightly. If you found the sound and shake become abnormal, rough and bend cutting edge, you should stop timely and check the fault, to make it into regular working. 10. The blades must be reground to be s
30、harp as soon as they become dull, and it should be reground by professional factory which should not change the original angle. 11. It has to be cautious with packing and unpacking, since the sharp of the tip is very easy to be damaged. 12. When moving the saws, it should be packed appropriately to
