前言：由国家发改委、科技部、工信部、财政部、环境保护部、住房和城乡建设部、国务院国资委和江西省人民政府联合主办，南昌市人民政府和江西省发改委、科技厅、工信委、财政厅、环保厅、住房与城乡建设厅、国资委、商务厅共同承办的世界低碳与生态经济大会暨技术博览会将于2009年11月18日—21日在江西南昌举办。

The World Low Carbon and Eco-economy Conference & Technical Exposition, co-organized by the National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic China, Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic China, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic China, Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic China, Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic China, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Repulic China, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Jiangxi Provincial People’s Government, co-sponsored by Nanchang Municipal People’s Government, Development and Reform Commission of Jiangxi Province, Science and Technology Department of Jiangxi Province, Industry and Information Technology Commission of Jiangxi Province, Finance Department of Jiangxi Province, Environmental Protection Department of Jiangxi Province, Construction Department of Jiangxi Province, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jiangxi Province, Commerce Department of Jiangxi Province, will be held in Nanchang, capital of Jiangxi Province, from Nov. 18 to Nov. 21, 2009.
江西山青水秀，具有优越的生态条件。江西省委、省政府按照“既要金山银山、更要绿水青山”的指导思想，积极实施生态立省的绿色发展战略，牢固树立“绿色生态是江西最大的财富、最大的优势、最大的潜力、最大的品牌”的发展理念，加强生态环境保护，以“开发绿色经济、创建绿色产业、实施绿色工业、培育绿色品牌、建设绿色家园”为主线，充分发挥江西“一流的水质、一流的空气、一流的环境”这一生态优势，大力发展江西的绿色产业，取得了良好成绩。
Jiangxi Province has beautiful mountains and waters, boasts excellent ecological environment. In the concept that economic growth and environment protection are of equal importance, CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and Jiangxi People’s Government carries out the strategy of achieving green development. The thinking on development that good ecological environment is the most valued advantage and potential, giving the province the biggest fame. We have achieved greatly in protecting the ecological environment, focusing on developing green economy in developing the society, in taking advantage of the excellent ecological resources in the province.
南昌，现辖四县五区、四个开发区和红谷滩新区，总面积7402平方公里，总人口484万，是京九线上唯一省会城市，是全国35个特大城市之一。以南昌为中心的6小时“经济圈”中聚集着4.6亿人口并蕴含着12万亿元消费潜力。There are 460 millions of peoples in the “economy circle” which that 6 hours distance around Nanchang city, and this circle have RMB 12000 billions of Consumption potential.南昌有着悠久历史，建城2200年来，素有“物华天宝、人杰地灵”之美誉。是一座富有光荣传统的英雄城，中国人民解放军就诞生在这片土地上。自然景色十分秀丽，人文景观众多，文化遗址600余处，1984年被国务院命名为历史文化名城，并多次荣获中国优秀旅游城市、 全国卫生城市等称号。南昌以投资的活力、发展的速度和日益增长的后劲，被美国《新闻周刊》评为世界十大动感都会。南昌周边还有世界文化景观庐山、革命摇篮井冈山、红色故都瑞金，世界自然遗产三清山、世界地质公园龙虎山、最美乡村婺源等许多著名旅游景点。
Nanchang, with a population of 4.84 million and an area of 7402 square kilometers, governs 4 counties, 5 districts, 4 development zones and Honggutan New District, it is only on of provincial capitals on the JingJiu railway line, and it is one of China’s 35 largest cities. There are 460 millions of peoples in the “economy circle” which that 6 hours distance around Nanchang city, and this circle have RMB 12000 billions of Consumption potential.Nanchang has a long history of 2200 years, renowned for abundant natural resources and numerous talents. The PLA was born in this city, making it a heroic place. Here, people will enjoy the views of natural as well as cultural sites as many as 600. 展馆简介及位置示意图
南昌国际展览中心是江西省唯一的现代化、国际化、专业化大型展览中心，占地面积23万平方米，其中建筑面积9万平方米，拥有15万平方米的室外展场，6.5万平方米的室内展厅，包括七个展厅和会议区。中心配套设施按国际惯例设计，设施设备采用PDS综合布线，强电、弱电、信息、通讯、给水、排水、压缩空气等经地下管沟到达各个展位，足以满足各种类型展览和会议的需要。
Nanchang International Exhibition Center and its location
The Center is the only modern and international exhibition undertaker at professional level in Jiangxi Province. It covers 230,000 square meters, among which 90,000 are construction space. Besides, there are 150,000 outdoor exhibition space. The indoor exhibition space measures 65,000 square meters, covering 7 exhibition halls and a conference area. The Center is equipped at international standard, with PDS wiring system, allowing available to every exhibition booth light or heavy current, information, communication, water supply and discharge, and compressed air, which meets demands of various exhibitions and conferences.
