Step 1 呈现
１．教师采访几位学生，得到一些关于这些学生的信息。教师问以下问题：What’s the name of your favourite TV programme and what is it about ? Why do you like watching it? When do you usually watch it? How often do you watch it? How long do you spend on watching it a week ?
２．教师说：Millie is going to interview her schoolmates about the TV programmes they like. Just before the interviews, she wrote down what she knows about them. Please look at the table and answer the following three questions.
1. What’re their names ?
2. Which grade are they in ?
3. What do they like to do ?
Step 2 听力
１．要求学生在听力之前，先看A2部分的题目。
２．教师放两遍录音，请三位同学校对答案。

Millie: Anita, can you tell me what TV programmes you like watching and what programmes you don’t like watching?
Anita: I like watching programmes about animals. I find them very interesting. I don’t like programmes about sports because they’re rather boring. My favourite programme is Tiger Watch.
Millie: How much time do you spend watching TV every day?
Anita: About two hours every day.
Millie: I see. Thank you, Anita.

Millie: Philip, do you like watching TV?

Philip: My favourite programme is Sports City. It’s on TV every Sunday.
Millie: How long do you spend watching TV every day?
Philip: I watch TV for about an hour every day.

Sam: My favourite programme is Music World.
Millie: How long do you spend watching TV every day?
Sam: About half an hour a day.

Step 3 练习
１．要求学生同桌合作，用自己的语言描述Anita, Philip和Sam对电视节目类型的喜好并说明理由。
２．让学生完成第75页A3部分，完成后全班齐读，校对答案。
Step 4 呈现

２．听录音并跟读对话。
３．把班级分成两人一组，让学生分角色朗读。
４．把学生分成四人小组，让他们谈论更多的节目类型，并说出喜欢或不喜欢这些节目的理由。最后请小组代表给出本组的意见。教师可以总结并呈现下列表格。

５．要求学生模仿课文中的对话，编出有关自己对电视节目的喜好的对话。邀请几组学生上黑板表演。
６．讨论以下几个问题：Do your parents permit(允许)you to watch TV every day? If you have different opinions about programs, what will you do?
Step 5 家庭作业
１．记忆相关词汇。
２．背诵对话。
３．完成练习册中相关练习。
