From Monday to Friday, I am never be late for school. In the morning , I usually clean my office first. After school, I do after-school activities with students. Sometimes I chat with them. They tell me a lot of interesting things. All of us have a good time. Teach students the new words and phrases at the same time. 2. T communicates with the students like this. when does your first lesson begin? Do you like English? What subject do you like best? Do you do morning exercises? How long do you spend on doing morning exercises? Do you have any sports at school? Whats your favourite sport? Do you want to be the best . Player in the team. I think you should practice hard. 3. Ask some students to introduce their school life briefly.Step 3 Listen and read 1. Do you want to know about Millies school life? Millie writes to her new online friend Tommy. In her mail , Well know her school life. Lets read the e-mail first and answer the following question: When does Millies school start? What team is she in?2. Students listen and read the text at the same time. Get Ss to find out the activities Millie does at school. eg. Do morning exercises, have lessons, play in the playground, go to the library. Then ask Ss to complete Part B1 on Page 45. 3.Students read the text more carefully and complete Part B2. If it is false, get the student to correct it.Step 4 Ask and answer1.Get Ss to ask and answer in pairs according to the contents of the text. eg. On what days does Millie go to school in a week? What do they do first at school? What lessons does Millie like? When do Millie and her friends do in the playground? Where does Millie sometimes go in the afternoon? When does Millie practice volleyball? 2. Ask one student to play Millie. He or she answers the other students questions. T encourages students to ask more questions about her school life. eg. How do you go to school every day? How long does it take? What club are you in?3. Ask some students to try to describe Millies school life according to the questions.Step 5 Practise Tommys friend Joan is asking Tommy about Millies school day.
