10、A部分安排了一篇Timmy讲述他在台湾大地震中得以幸存的经历。文章按时间发生的先后为顺序,用简单的英语描述了生动在描述了地震发生前后场面。文中除了用了很多描述地震发场面相关的英语短语外,还自然贴切地使用了过去进行时及when,while 引导的时间状语从句。文章后面还提供了与该文相关的词汇练习B部分及与文章情节相关的C、D两部分练习。在教学时Reading 时,要采取泛读与精读相结合的处理方法,循序渐进,并结合B、C、D的练习逐步了解文章的细节,加深学生对文章的理解。 1.4 Vocabulary是一个词汇学习课,承接Natural disasters 这个话题,引导学生学习与天气有关的名词和

12、句填空的情景对话。并在A2最后复习了在过去正在进行时中分别与was和 were搭配的人称代词。B介绍了过去进行时态与when 和while引导的时间状语从句连用的用法,之后安排了一个真实的情境当西蒙到达操场时,其他每个人正在做什么,根据图片来描述。让学生运用所学句型造句。1.6 Integrated skills是一节综合技能课。本课时围绕an accident report这一话题展开听说读写的练习。A1通过听一份事故报告完成事故报告表的部分内容;A2通过阅读警察的报告完成A1事故报告表的其余空白处; A3 通过完成Sandy所写的讲述事故发生经过的一份电子邮件让学生学会根据获取的信息转述事
