yet，ifwehavetorealisetheextraordinarypotentialofourpartnership，wemustalsoaddresstheissuesthatleadtohesitationanddoubts，evendistrust，inourrelationship.
first，wemusttrytosettletheboundaryquestionquickly.
webothrecognisethatthisishistoryX39;slegacy.resolvingitisoursharedresponsibilitytothefuture.wemustmoveaheadwithnewpurposeanddetermination.

itshoulddosoinamannerthattransformsourrelationshipandnotcausenewdisruptions.
wehavebeenremarkablysuccessfulinmaintainingpeaceandtranquilityalongtheborder.
