　　日前，台湾新北市3个月大的女婴喝了含有超量盐分的奶粉之后，因体内含有高钠成分导致死亡。女婴的妈妈称，女婴疑因饮用含钠量过高的奶粉，导致高血钠症并发急性肾衰竭死亡。经过检验，当地检方发现，女婴体内的钠浓度几乎和海水相当，怀疑是有人故意将盐巴掺入奶粉内。女婴母亲把家中奶粉送验，结果验出每百克奶粉含钠量逾6000毫克，超标近50倍。
　　前日，当地检方和警方查出本案嫌疑人是女婴的伯母邹某。邹某坦承自己因与女婴母亲有嫌隙，所以才多次在奶粉里加盐。目前，当地检方将她依杀人罪起诉。
　　专家：孩子一岁前食物里勿加盐
　　昨日，广州医学院第二附属医院新生儿科主任刘海燕在接受记者采访时表示，如果报道中提及的“夭折的婴儿每天喝含盐奶粉，相当于让她每天吃下35克的盐”这样的数据属实，那对于一名只有三个月大的婴儿来说，确实足以致命的。刘海燕说，按照我国的有关指引，人体每天每公斤体重摄入的钠离子量不应超过5毫克，一名一岁以内的婴儿，体重通常不超过15公斤，也就是说每天摄入的钠离子量不应超过75毫克。
　　刘海燕指出，对于婴幼儿来说，钠离子的来源主要是母乳和配方奶，“从这些食物中摄取的钠离子通常来说已经能满足婴幼儿身体所需。”除此以外，自然界的大部分食物中都含有一定量的钠离子，因此即使到了婴幼儿进食辅食的阶段，钠离子也完全可以通过普通食物摄取。“所以我们不提倡在一岁以内孩子的食物中加盐。”刘海燕说。
　　而到了孩子一岁以后，可以改吃成人食物，但也绝不主张让孩子进食太咸的食物。“一般来说，正常烹调中的盐分不会对婴幼儿健康构成明显危害，但如果孩子习惯了‘重口味’的食物，那他长大后摄入的盐分可能会比较多，容易导致高血压等疾病。”
　　刘海燕还提醒，除了盐巴，其实还有很多调味品和加工食品中含有钠离子，因此，家长在给孩子烹调时要少用调味品，更要限制孩子进食零食的量。
