如果我方中标，订货合同签订后，我方将严格按照合同要求的时间内，将所需货物运达需方指定地点，并在产品装运发车当日将发货情况向需方报告。并且承诺将按照合同中要求的交货期，按时交货和提供服务。
保证按工程设计及施工进度提交文件和图纸，必要时，投标方确定专业工艺人员与需方进行技术联系，经讨论和解决合同范围内的有关技术问题。我公司原材料的采购到生产车间的过程都是按照质量管理及时安排时间，完全有能力满足客户的供货时间。
如我方中标后，不能按期交货而给需方生产带来一定的困难，我方将向需方偿付逾期交货违约金。违约金为每逾期一天按逾期部份货款的万分之三计算，并且需方可从质量保证金中抵扣。
如遇不可抗力的因素而影响生产周期和供货时间时，我方将与需方协商解决。
